摘要: An aftertreatment system comprises a housing including a housing mounting surface and a mounting aperture defined therein. A frame has a frame first surface, a frame second surface opposite the frame first surface and defines a frame throughhole therethrough. The housing mounting surface is in contact with the frame first surface such that the frame throughhole is axially aligned with the mounting aperture. A biasing member includes a biasing member proximal end contacting the frame second surface proximate to the frame throughhole. A sleeve has a sleeve proximal end which is inserted through the frame throughhole. A sleeve distal end first surface of the sleeve is in contact with a biasing member distal end. A fastener including a fastener proximal end is inserted through the sleeve channel into the mounting aperture and removably coupled to the mounting aperture so that the biasing member is at least partially compressed.

In order to achieve a more reliable operation, it is provided that a gas supply for the lateral introduction of gas via at least one opening into the scrubber chamber is provided in the region of the scrubber shell.

摘要: A multi-stage SCR control system including a front reductant dosing device, a front SCR device, a back reductant dosing device, a back SCR device, and a dosing controller. In normal control cycles, a NSR of the front SCR device is controlled below a stoichiometric reaction ratio to decrease system sensitivity to catalyst aging. In a diagnostic cycle, the NSR of the front or the back SCR device is controlled lower than the stoichiometric reaction ratio, and a reductant quality ratio, which is indicative of reductant quality and dosing accuracy, is calculated. In another diagnostic cycle, the NSR is controlled above the stoichiometric reaction ratio, and an average deNOx efficiency is calculated. The reductant quality ratio and the average deNOx efficiency values are further used in SCR feedback control and permanent catalyst damages can also be isolated from temporary catalyst poisons with these values after a thermal recovery event is completed.

The common rail comprises a shell and a pressure detection apparatus and a pressure adjustment apparatus that are installed on the shell. The shell comprises an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The pressure detection apparatus is connected to the inlet passage. The pressure adjustment apparatus is connected between the inlet passage and the outlet passage, so as to connect or disconnect the inlet passage and the outlet passage. The engine exhaust postprocessing component further comprises a second support. The bundle, the inlet pipeline, and the outlet pipeline are all gathered at the second support. In this way, the exhaust postprocessing component is easy to be installed with another component.

摘要: A fluid delivery device, comprising an integrated cabinet, a pump installed in the integrated cabinet, an inlet pipeline connected to the pump, and an outlet pipeline connected to the pump; the pump comprises a motor located at the bottom portion of the integrated cabinet, a pump head located at the top portion of the integrated cabinet, and a magnetic coupling portion located between the motor and the pump head; the pump head, the magnetic coupling portion and the motor are arranged in a sequence from top to bottom; and the pump head is provided with a U-shaped flow channel and a gear mechanism therein located at the bottommost portion of the flow channel. The fluid delivery device eliminates bubbles in the solution accumulated in the pump, thus ensuring a working efficiency of fluid delivery of the pump, and ensuring precise control of a delivery amount.

摘要: A fluid delivery system for an exhaust aftertreatment system may include an outer housing, a pump, a filter assembly, an electric heating blanket, and a heater retention plate. The heater retention plate is shaped to correspond to the shapes of the pump and filter assembly. A lid of the outer housing contacts the heater retention plate and clamps the heating blanket between the heater retention plate and the pump and filter assembly so that the heating blanket takes the shapes of portions of the pump and filter assembly. The outer housing includes mounting flanges and reinforcement members extending from corresponding mounting flanges to corresponding sidewalls of the outer housing and forming a hollow space therebetween. The filter assembly includes compensation elements that contract in response to expansion of fluid within a pump housing due to freezing and expand in response to thawing of the fluid.

摘要: A heat-insulated pipe assembly includes a pipe allowing a fluid to flow therethrough, and a heat insulating member covers at least a part of the pipe. The pipe is used in an exhaust gas purification system using an SCR catalyst. The heat insulating member has a closed-cell structure and suppresses an increase in a temperature of the fluid due to heat exchange with air. In the exhaust gas purification system using the SCR catalyst, the interior of the pipes is thermally insulated from the exterior by the heat insulating member. Thereby an increase in the temperature of the fluid flowing through the pipe due to heat exchange with air is suppressed.
