摘要： A semiconductor sensor assembly for use in a corrosive environment comprises a processing device comprising at least one first bondpad of a material which may be corroded by a corrosive component in a corrosive environment; a sensor device comprising at least one second bondpad consisting of and/or being covered by a first corrosion resistant material; at least one bonding wire for making a signal connection between the at least one first bondpad of the processing device and the second bondpad of the sensor device. The processing device is partially overmoulded by a second corrosion resistant material, and is partially exposed to a cavity in the corrosion resistant material, with the sensor device being present in the cavity. A redistribution layer is provided to enable signal connection between the processing device and the sensor device is physically made in the cavity while the second corrosion resistant material covers the first bondpad.

摘要： A pressure measuring cell includes an elastic measuring membrane which is contactable with a first pressure on a first side and with a second pressure on a second side facing away from the first side. The measuring membrane is deflectable as a function of a difference between the first pressure and the second pressure, wherein the measuring membrane pressure-tightly isolates a first volume, which is facing the first side of the measuring membrane, from a second volume, which is facing the second side of the measuring membrane. The pressure measuring cell further includes a transducer for transducing the pressure dependent deflection of the measuring membrane into an electrical or optical signal. The measuring membrane has in the equilibrium state of the measuring membrane compressive stresses at least at the surface of the measuring membrane at least in a radial edge region, in which in the deflected state of the measuring membrane under pressure loading tensile stress maxima occur.

The process fluid isolation assembly includes an isolation diaphragm welded to a weld ring. The weld ring has a sealing surface on a first side adapted for contact with a metal sealing ring and a weld portion welded to the sensor body on a second side. The sealing surface and the weld are substantially aligned with one another.

摘要： A pressure transmitter connectable to a process line provides an output responsive to a pressure in the process line. The transmitter includes a housing having a base with a process end coupled to an interior cavity formed in the housing, a sensor for sensing the pressure and an isolating assembly mounted at the process end of the housing and isolating fluid in the process line from the interior cavity. The isolating assembly includes an isolation diaphragm configured to be fluidically coupled to the process pressure in the process line, and an isolator plug positioned in the process of the housing adapter. The isolator plug having a lower plug portion providing a first end surface adjacent the isolation diaphragm, an upper plug portion providing a second end surface distally spaced from the first end surface and adjacent a sensor cavity in which the sensor is positioned, a connection mechanism connecting the lower and upper plug portions, and a capillary filled with isolation fluid and extending from the first end surface through the lower and upper plug portions to the second end surface thereby coupling the pressure through the isolation diaphragm and the capillary to the sensor cavity and the sensor. The upper plug portion is formed from a first material and the lower plug portion is formed from a second material having higher corrosion resistance than the first material.
