In embodiments, methods of the present disclosure may be utilized to produce toners suitable for low melt applications, including use in flexible packaging applications, where low pile height is desired for low cost and flexibility. In embodiments, the EA toners may include small particles having a shell with a high amount of resin, which optimizes the charging characteristics of the toner.

摘要： A toner having a crystalline or semi-crystalline polyester resin, an amorphous resin and a colorant. The toner preferably exhibits a resistivity of at least 1×1011 ohm-cm. A developer may be produced including the toner and optionally a carrier. If a carrier is included, the carrier preferably exhibits a resistivity of greater than 1×107 ohm-cm. An electrophotographic machine includes the toner exhibiting high resistivity.

摘要： A toner includes binder of amorphous polymer material, such as an amorphous polyester material, and a crystalline polymer material, such as a crystalline polyester material, wherein the amorphous polymer material has an acid number that is greater than an acid number of the crystalline polymer material. Further, the toner may have a minimum fusing temperature of from about 75° C. to about 150° C. and a relative humidity sensitivity of from about 0.5 to about 10. A method of making toner particles is also indicated.
