Abstract: A device may display content being captured by a personal camera associated with a user. The device may receive an indication to stream the content based on a user interaction with the device. The device may determine configuration information associated with streaming the content. The configuration information including information that identifies a streaming application associated with streaming the content, and information that identifies a social media application associated with the user. The device may provide, via the social media application, a notification that the content is to be streamed via the streaming application. The notification may be provided for viewing by a viewer associated with the social media application. The device may stream the content using the streaming application. The content may be streamed to allow the viewer to access the content via the streaming application and in real-time or near real-time relative to the capturing of the content.
