    Abstract: In response to an indication of a transition in a live workout, a synchronization identifier as metadata is embedded in a portion of a video stream of the live workout. The portion of the video stream of the live workout is transmitted to a remote client exercise machine. A hardware state of the remote client exercise machine is updated based at least in part on the synchronization identifier, at least in part to synchronize the remote client exercise machine with the live workout.
    In response to an exercise machine joining a video stream of a live workout, a timeline comprising a set of events that are to occur over the course of the live workout is received. A portion of the video stream of the live workout is received, wherein the portion of the video stream has embedded a synchronization identifier. The portion of the video stream is rendered. A hardware state of the exercise machine is updated at least in part by evaluating the timeline using the synchronization identifier embedded in the portion of the video stream, at least in part to synchronize the exercise machine with the live workout.
    An occurrence of a workout event with respect to one or more participants of a live workout is received. A prioritization of the event is determined based at least in part on at least one of a recency of the event or a categorization of the event. The event and the corresponding prioritization to a client exercise machine is transmitted, wherein a position of a presentation of the event on a feed of events on the client exercise machine is based at least in part on the prioritization of the event.

    Abstract: A streaming method executed by a control device includes receiving a streaming media playback address of a cloud streaming service returned by a cloud device, and transmitting a media projection request corresponding to a local media file stored on the control device to a playback device. The method further includes transmitting a loading instruction indicating to start loading the virtual scene to the cloud device, generating initial file parameters corresponding to the local media file and replacing a file address of the local media file in the initial file parameters with the streaming media playback address to obtain modified file parameters. The method further includes returning the modified file parameters to the playback device, the modified file parameters providing the streaming media playback address instead of the initial file parameters corresponding to the local media file.
