    摘要: An elastic clutch of disk design is used with a divided flywheel for an internal combustion engine having two clutch halves which are rotatable relative to each other and include several cutouts about their circumference. Helical springs are disposed in a parallel and nested manner and upon mutual rotation of the two clutch halves are operable essentially simultaneously. The elastic clutch elements include a main spring and at least two partial springs which are arranged within the main spring. A one-part or multiple-part guide component disposed between the partial springs centers the partial springs and supports them in relation to the main spring.

    摘要: A double-mass flywheel for installation between an internal combustion engine and a transmission. A first flywheel mass associated with the crankshaft of the engine has the shape of a first U which opens radially inward and each of the arms of the U forms a side disk. A second flywheel mass associated with the transmission has the shape of a second U which opens radially outward toward the circumference. The second U engages as a center disk between the two side disks. The two masses are turnable to a limited extent with respect to each other, with the interposition of elastic members which rest at least indirectly on the one side against the first mass and on the other side against the center disk. Damping elements are interposed between the two masses and extend parallel to the elastic members. The center disk is formed of three concentric, partial disks, comprising an inner partial disks and two outer partial disks. These three partial disks have projections which form stop surfaces, with projections of the inner partial disk cooperating with projections of the two outer partial disks. Each end of an elastic member rests against one of the outer partial disks.

    摘要: A flexible coupling of a disk construction. One coupling half includes outside side disks and a radially exterior flange joining the side disks for enclosing an inner space for holding damping liquid. The other coupling half includes one or a plurality of middle disks disposed in the inner space. Flexible coupling elements join the disks to move together. For damping oscillation, a plurality of displacement chambers are defined at spaced intervals around the disks, each between a radially extending circumferential end wall in the middle disk and a radial surface defined on a bolt or the like extending between the outer disks. Throttle gaps control the exit of the damping fluid from the displacement chamber. Circumferentially extending partition walls located at the axially lateral sides of the displacement chamber move with the second coupling half, decreasing the size of the outlet leading to the axial gaps between the disks as the coupling halves oscillate to a greater extent with respect to each other, providing progressively stronger damping. In a further modification, a labyrinth seal is defined radially inward of a displacement chamber for further resisting the movement of damping fluid radially inwardly.

    摘要: An elastic coupling, particularly for a multi-mass flywheel in the drive train of a motor vehicle drive. The elastic coupling has three masses which are connected to each other in each case by spring elements, a damping device being connected in parallel with each spring element. The damping device between the first and the second masses includes radially extending projections on the second mass which exert either a circumferential force on the first springs or a damping force in an adjacent fluid displacement chamber. The side walls of the fluid displacement chambers simultaneously serve as retaining shoulders for the springs in the adjacent spring chambers whereby the projections can carry out the above-mentioned dual functions. A great advantage of this arrangement is a particularly advantageous space-spacing arrangement of the damping device in the radially outer region of the elastic coupling.

    摘要: The invention concerns an elastic clutch including a hydraulic damping device wherein a viscous damping medium is displaced through predetermined gaps upon occurrence of large angles of rotation. To that end, a cam arranged on one clutch half plunges into a capsule type displacement chamber. The cam features friction elements which in the plunging make elastic and sealing contact with the sidewalls of the capsule, thereby causing both an effective sealing of the displacement chamber and also a frictional damping which supports the hydraulic damping. The disk type second clutch half can, during operation, more freely adjust within the clutch, which simplifies the manufacture.
