摘要: An air control valve (100) adapted to control an air flow (FA) for an air cushioning receptacle (802) in a motor vehicle (1000) includes a valve seat (120), a valve body (110), and a valve passage element (105) with a passage inlet (140) on an inlet side (141) and a passage outlet (150) on an outlet side (151). A coil spring (160) in contact with the valve body (110) and with a valve stop (152) on the outlet side (151) is adapted to exert a closing force (FC) to press the valve body (110) to the valve seat (120). A damping body (200) is arranged in an inner spring space (161) of the coil spring (160) such that the damping body (200) radially extends in a winding space (162) between a first coil winding (163) and a second coil winding (164) of the coil spring (160).

摘要: A suspension control valve arrangement for a pneumatic suspension system of a commercial vehicle includes a supply port, a delivery port, an exhaust port, a service valve arrangement, and an operation control mechanism (5, 6) for switching the service valve arrangement into one of the following normal operation modes of a normal operation status: a blocking position for a blocking mode for blocking an air supply from the supply port to the delivery port, a supply position for a supply mode for supplying air from the supply port to the delivery port, or an exhaust position for a normal exhaust mode for connecting the delivery port to the exhaust port. A dump-control device (7, 11) in the housing (2) is configured for switching between the normal operation status and a quick-dump mode (IV), win which the delivery port is connected to the exhaust port by bypassing the service valve arrangement.

摘要: A leveling valve for discharging and supplying air from and to a plurality of utilization elements comprises a valve disc arrangement configured to direct air between a source of pressurized air, an exhaust port, and the utilization elements. The valve disc arrangement comprises a first and a second valve disc, which are rotatable with respect to each other such that the valve is switchable between multiple switching positions, and, in some switching positions, either the source of pressurized air or the exhaust port are in fluid communication with the utilization elements. The valve discs provide a stepped increase in flow cross-section in a respective flow path to or from the utilization elements. The stepped increase is dependent on the angle of rotation between the valve discs.
