摘要: This disclosure details a coolant distribution module as used in a thermal management systems for thermally managing electrified vehicle components. An exemplary coolant distribution module includes a module body including a plurality of inlet ports and a plurality of outlet ports, a first manifold valve encompassed within the module body, and a second manifold valve encompassed within the module body. The first manifold valve includes a plurality of first valve inputs wherein each first valve input is in communication with at least one inlet port of the plurality of inlet ports, and a plurality of first valve outputs wherein each first valve output is in communication with at least one outlet port of the plurality of outlet ports. The second manifold valve includes a plurality of second valve inputs wherein each second valve input is in communication with at least one inlet port of the plurality of inlet ports, and a plurality of second valve outputs wherein each second valve output is in communication with at least one outlet port of the plurality of outlet ports.

摘要: An encapsulated valve system includes a first housing portion having a first facing surface, the first facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the first facing surface. The valve system further includes a second housing portion having a second facing surface, the second facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the second facing surface. A disposable conduit is configured to be interposed between the first and second housing portions and disposed within the recess of the first facing surface and the recess of the second facing surface. The disposable conduit is thus sandwiched between the first and second facing surfaces. A plurality of pinch valve actuators are mounted on one or both of the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the plurality of pinch valve actuators configured to pinch the disposable conduit at selective branch pathways.

摘要: An electronic expansion valve is provided, the valve needle component thereof is provided with an axial mounting hole, the screw rod position limiting portion is mounted at the bottom end of the screw rod and extends into the axial mounting hole, and the valve needle position limiting portion is mounted at an open end of the axial mounting hole; and a distance between the bottom end of the screw rod and a bottom wall of the axial mounting hole forms the predetermined buffer distance. When the refrigerant flows reversely, the structural design of the electronic expansion valve may, on one hand, simplify the control procedure, and on the other hand, avoid the problem that a screw rod is stuck because a valve needle component is not removed in time.

摘要: A leveling valve for discharging and supplying air from and to a plurality of utilization elements comprises a valve disc arrangement configured to direct air between a source of pressurized air, an exhaust port, and the utilization elements. The valve disc arrangement comprises a first and a second valve disc, which are rotatable with respect to each other such that the valve is switchable between multiple switching positions, and, in some switching positions, either the source of pressurized air or the exhaust port are in fluid communication with the utilization elements. The valve discs provide a stepped increase in flow cross-section in a respective flow path to or from the utilization elements. The stepped increase is dependent on the angle of rotation between the valve discs.

摘要: A switching valve includes main valve constituted of a five-port electromagnetic switching valve settable to a closed-center position, and a residual pressure exhaust valve including an exhaust valve cavity communicating with a supply port of the main valve and two exhaust ports, two residual pressure discharge flow paths respectively communicating with the exhaust ports, two exhaust valve elements placed inside the exhaust valve cavity and driven by pressure air from the supply port to open and close the residual pressure discharge flow paths, and a release spring that biases the exhaust valve element in a direction to open the residual pressure discharge flow paths. While the pressure air is not supplied into the exhaust valve cavity through the supply port, the exhaust valve element opens the residual pressure discharge flow paths so as to discharge residual pressure from the exhaust port, and when pressure air is supplied into the exhaust valve cavity the exhaust valve element closes the residual pressure discharge flow path, and hence the residual pressure is not discharged from the exhaust port.
