Abstract: A kit includes reagents and materials for students to make gRNA and Target DNA, cut Target DNA with Cas9 guided by the gRNA, and visualize the uncut and cut the Target DNA on an agarose gel. The kit may include a shipping box that is able to withstand transport of the reagents and materials, reagents and materials needed to perform the desired curriculum, and the curriculum necessary for using the kit. Additional curriculum may be included with extension activities as desired.
