Abstract: An OLED panel and an OLED device are provided. The OLED panel includes a display area and a non-display area around the display area; a substrate, a driving device layer and a light emitting device layer arranged in the display area, and the driving device layer includes multiple thin film transistors, the light emitting device layer includes multiple organic light emitting diodes, and an encapsulation layer covering the light emitting device layer. The non-display area includes an electrostatic discharge portion, the electrostatic discharge portion is made of a transparent conductive thin film and is located on a side of the encapsulation layer facing away from the substrate. The non-display area includes at least one blocking portion, the blocking portion is arranged around the display area, and is located between the substrate and the encapsulation layer.

The non-display area includes a blocking portion, the blocking portion is arranged around the display area, and is located between the substrate and the encapsulation layer. The electrostatic discharge portion is located on a side of the touch wire facing away from the display area.

Abstract: A display panel and a display apparatus are described. In an embodiment, the display panel includes a display region having a through hole, a first signal line and a first connection line both located in the display region. In an embodiment, the first signal line is interrupted by the through hole. In an embodiment, one end of the first connection line is connected to a first segment of the first signal line, another end of the first connection line is connected to a second segment of the first signal line, and the first and second segments are located two sides of the through hole. In an embodiment, the first connection line includes a first connection segment and a second connection segment that have different extending directions, and at least one of the first connection segment and the second connection segment is in a different layer from the first signal line.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel is divided into a display region and a non-display region, wherein the display panel includes: a first blocking wall arranged in the non-display region and surrounding the display region; a bending part; and an electrostatic protection unit arranged in a part of the non-display region corresponding to the bending part and located on a side of the first blocking wall facing away from the display region. By the arrangement of the electrostatic protection unit, problems such as breakdown of the transistors due to electrostatic accumulation caused by bending operation of the display panel, as well as encapsulation structure failure due to damage to the first blocking wall can be avoided.
