    摘要: An electric lamp includes a lamp cap having an insulative body of synthetic material with a bore therein. A lamp cap contact includes a rigid shank received in the bore of the insulative body. The diameters of the bore and shank and the elasticity of the bore wall are selected so that a conductive lead of the lamp is securely clamped between the shank and the bore wall when the shank is fully received in the bore. In a favorable embodiment, the lead has a free end extending in the direction of insertion of the shank into the bore, which avoids the lead wire from being pushed out of the bore.

Also provided are single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with resistance to Aphis glycines; soybean plants, seeds, and tissue cultures produced by any of the disclosed methods; seed produced by the disclosed soybean plants; and compositions including amplification primer pairs capable of initiating DNA polymerization by a DNA polymerase on soybean nucleic acid templates to generate soybean marker amplicons.
