摘要： Lamp connectors are provided. The lamp connectors include a swinging connector and a rotatable connector. The swinging connector is coupled to a pivot connection point disposed on a first exterior surface of a lamp. The swinging connector is operative to pivot between a first position close in proximity to the lamp and a second position at distance away from the lamp. A portion of the swinging connector may be received and retained by a second exterior surface of the lamp, when the lamp is in the first position. The rotatable connector is attached to an end of a lamp via a rotation mechanism. The rotation mechanism is disposed on the end of the lamp. The rotatable connector includes a surface and a pin protruding therefrom. The pin is offset from a central portion of the end of the lamp.

摘要： A lamp (10) for an automotive headlamp and a method for manufacturing such kind of a lamp (10) is provided, wherein the lamp (10) comprises a burner (12) for emitting light, a metal holder (20) connected to the burner (12) for supporting the burner (12), a first socket part (32) made from a heat-resistant plastic material, which is connected to the burner (12), and a second socket part (34), through which a part of the burner (12), which is connected to a first electrical pole (14), is led for connecting the burner (12) to a voltage source, wherein the second socket part (34) is arranged adjacent to the first socket part (32) such, that at least one insulating gap (42) for providing voltage resistance in mainly radial and/or axial direction is provided. Due to the first socket part (32) it is possible to receive the hot burner (12) by the socket without impairing the heat resistance, wherein the second socket part (34) may be made from a cheaper material. This leads to a reduction of production costs without impairing the heat resistance or the voltage resistance provided by the insulating gap (42) between the first socket part (32) and the second socket part (34).

摘要： A light bulb (1) with a base and inner vessel sealed in a vacuum-tight manner and surrounded by an enveloping part is provided with an adapter (13) at the end thereof made from ceramic polymer and fixed in a base insulator (12). The base insulator and the enveloping part are fastened to each other. The base insulator may be provided in pieces which fasten together and hold the adapter. The adapter allows cementless fastening of the inner bulb. The base insulator and the adapter part have matching indexing and mating indexing means for holding the base insulator and the adapter part in position relative to each other. Multiple mating indexing means on the base insulator allow the adapter to assume secure position at multiple heights relative to the base insulator.

摘要： A lamp includes a reflector having a passageway opening to a heel of the reflector, a lamp capsule having a lead that extends rearward through the passageway, a conductive clip that spans a diameter of the heel and that has tabs that extend forward at opposite sides of the heel and an arm that extends rearward, the arm being attached to a portion of the lead that projects out of the passageway, and a base that is attached to the heel and that engages the tabs at the opposite sides of the heel. The arm holds the lamp capsule in place and electrically connects the lamp capsule to the base. The arm may be a semi-detached central portion of the clip that is bent to be substantially parallel to an axis of the lead.
