摘要: A system and method of leveraging a trust relationship for e-commerce transactions is provided that includes an access component allowing a consumer access to a merchant website, a selection component allowing the consumer to enter authentication credentials associated with a third party on the merchant website, an authentication component authenticating the authentication credentials for the third party entered into the merchant website, a communication interface component allowing an association of the consumer's payment account information from the third party to the merchant website, and a consummation component allowing consummation of an electronic transaction between the third party and the merchant.

摘要: Provided is dynamic and flexible authentication based on an interaction over a communications link between a user device and a financial entity. A set of interactions enabled at the user device are categorized into different levels, each level comprises a different authentication policy. At about the same time as an interaction is initiated at the device, an authentication policy assigned to the interaction is accessed and a security challenge is activated at the device. Based upon a successful response to the security challenge, an enablement of the communications link is continued. Based upon an unsuccessful response to the security challenge, the communications link is disabled.

摘要: A computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a federated identity computing system, identity information from a customer; receiving, by the computing system, preferences for the identity information from the customer, wherein the preferences govern distribution of the identity information to requesting parties; generating, by the computing system, a key specific to the customer; and provisioning, by the computing system, the key to an identification chip associated with the customer. The computer-implemented method further includes receiving, by the computing system, the key and a request for one or more pieces of the identity information from a requesting party and providing, by the computing system, the requested one or more pieces of identity information to the requesting party based on the key and the preferences.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media utilized for event-based authentication. One method includes recognizing an event and receiving, from a device, a withdrawal request of a user, wherein the withdrawal request includes a captured feature by the device. The method further includes determining that the user is associated with the recognized event using at least a geographic proximity between the event and the withdrawal request, wherein the geographic proximity is a given radius around a location of the event, and wherein the device is within the given radius and adjusting authentication rules based on the determination that the user is associated with the recognized event, wherein the adjustment of the authentication rules includes adjusting a matching threshold between the captured feature and a reference feature. The method further includes processing the withdrawal request for the user based on the adjusted authentication rules.
