    摘要: A thin film transistor array substrate includes an insulating substrate, a plurality of scan lines, an insulating layer, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixels arranged in an array of rows and columns. The pixels in each row are aligned in a row direction, the pixels in each column are aligned in a column direction, and the pixels are separated from each other by the scan lines and the data lines. Each pixel includes a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. The pixel electrode has at least one opening that extends from the periphery to the inside of the pixel electrode and at least one extension part that extends in the row direction into an opening of a neighboring pixel electrode in the same row. Each of the scan lines alternately controls one of the pixel electrodes in a first row and one of the pixel electrodes in a second row immediately adjacent to the first row.

    摘要: A multi-domain liquid crystal display includes multiple first and second picture elements and multiple first and second auxiliary electrodes. The first and second picture elements have opposite polarities under the same frame of an inversion drive scheme, and each picture element has a reflective region and a transmissive region. The first auxiliary electrodes are connected to the first picture elements, and each of the first auxiliary electrodes is positioned next to at least one side of one second picture element. The second auxiliary electrodes are connected to the second picture elements, and each of the second auxiliary electrodes is positioned next to at least one side of one first picture element.

    摘要: There is provided a pixel structure of a liquid crystal panel including a transparent substrate, and a gate line, a data line, a switching transistor, a first electrode, a second electrode and a shield layer formed on the transparent substrate. The gate line is substantially perpendicular to the data line. The switching transistor is located adjacent to a crossing point of the gate line and the data line, and is configured to input a display voltage of the data line to the second electrode according to the control of the gate line. The first electrode and the second electrode are arranged in such a way that the display voltage forms a transverse electric field between the first electrode and the second electrode. The shield layer overlaps at least a part of the gate and is electrically isolated from the first electrode and the second electrode.
