    摘要: A textile winding machine having a plurality of work stations each of which has a number of pneumatically actuable operating components. The operating components are connected to separate compressed air lines each having at least two compressed air supply locations each associated with a respective pressure controller. The compressed air lines are dividable in turn into machine segments operating at different pressure levels by means of selectively actuable valve elements disposed in the compressed air line between the pressure controllers.

    摘要: A centrifuge has a generlly stationary and closed housing, a drum rotatable in the housing about a drum axis and having an end wall and an outer drum wall, a blade extending generally axially in the housing generally parallel to the drum wall, and a blade holder having an inner end carrying the blade and an outer end projecting through the housing end wall out of the housing. Seals snugly engaged between the outer end and the housing hermetically seal the housing around the holder and a guide fixed on the end wall supports the outer holder end on the housing for sliding movement of the holder and blade on the housing in an adjustment direction generally radial of the drum axis. An actuator engaged between the housing and the outer holder end displaces the holder and blade in the adjustment direction relative to the housing.

    摘要: To produce sheet steel components optimised for loading, a steel strip is cast between two cooled rolls with a variable nip and the thickness of the steel strip is changed by changing the time of contact between the strand shells and the rolls or by changing the cooling intensity of the rolls on the molten steel cast into the gusset formed by the rolls, thereby changing the thickness of the steel strip. Such a strip has a homogeneous structure and can subsequently be given a special quality by hot or cold rolling for its particular purpose of use.

    摘要: For the optimization of the vacuum output of a suction air installation of a textile machine, the vacuum output is adjustably regulated by initially starting a batch with a predetermined vacuum for the vacuum demands under basic operating conditions and additional fluctuating working conditions, counting the errors which cannot be rectified and the attempts to rectify the errors caused by insufficient vacuum during a predetermined time period, subsequently changing the vacuum output of the suction unit during a subsequent time period, comparing the number of errors occurring under the changed vacuum conditions with the number which had occurred in the previous time period, and increasing the vacuum output when the number of errors exceeds a maximum predetermined amount of errors and decreasing the vacuum output when the number of errors is at or less than the maximum predetermined amount of errors.
