摘要： An internal seizure assembly for providing connectivity with a conductor of a stinger without having access to the seizure assembly itself from the exterior. The seizure assembly includes a seizure lock nut for securing the seizure assembly within an opening within the interior of a housing. A seizure holder for receives a plunger therethrough and the plunger urges the conductor of the stinger into electrical contact with the seizure lock nut. In one embodiment, the plunger has an end keyed to the bottom of the opening in the housing to prevent the plunger from turning.

摘要： A mounting tab arrangement for mounting a housing assembly. The housing assembly includes a plurality of connectors extending from the housing assembly and a plurality of mounting tabs extending from the housing assembly. Each of the mounting tabs extends between a pair of adjacent connectors. However, the mounting tabs do not extend out beyond distal ends of the connectors. In one embodiment, each of the mounting tabs includes a slot where the slots are oriented in different directions relative to one another so that the housing assembly can be variably mounted despite the distal ends of the connectors extending beyond the mounting tabs.

The upper heat sink plate thermally coupled to the lower heat sink plate through the circuit board. An insulating cover may also be provided to redirect radiant heat from the circuit package to the housing.

摘要： In one embodiment a self-contained seizure mechanism comprises a plunger, a spring, and a retainer guide having means for movably securing the plunger to the retainer guide. The retainer guide may have a receiving slot for receiving wings of the plunger and fingers for retaining the wings to the retainer guide and archways to guide a stinger conductor into contact with a crown of the plunger. The plunger and retainer may be snap-fit together to provide a seizure assembly that may be dropped in a receiving hole of a node housing and positioned to engage a stinger conductor and urge the stinger conductor into contact with a connector button on a lock nut.

The adapter may include a power connector portion and an RF connector portion. In an exemplary embodiment the power connector portion comprises a dc jack adapted to establish an electrical coupling with a standard dc barrel plug connector and the RF connector portion comprises a female F connector adapted for establishing electrical coupling with a male F connector. 摘要： A heated laser assembly for maintaining a set point temperature of a laser. A common transistor external to the laser is positioned in thermal proximity to the laser. A thermal transfer member is positioned in thermal contact between the laser and the transistor. The transistor heats the thermal transfer member, and thus heats the laser, when the ambient temperature drops below a set point temperature. Therefore, the overall temperature range the laser must operate over is reduce through the use of a common transistor.
