摘要： What is disclosed is a method for preparing carrier systems, adaptable to the covalent bonding thereto of biologically active materials, consisting of a known solid support material having a surface coated with a polymer containing functional groups suitable for covalent bonding, by coating the support material with a film-forming polymer dispersion and a non-film-forming polymer dispersion, suitably in admixture, at least one of the two polymer dispersions containing a polymer having functional groups suitable for covalent bonding with a biologically active material.
