The method includes preparing a first substrate including an address electrode, a dielectric and a barrier rib, applying a first dielectric to a second substrate including a pair of sustain electrodes, applying a plurality of second dielectrics to the first dielectric with a dispensing system having a nozzle equipped with a plurality of reverse-trapezoid injection ports, such that the second dielectrics have a differential structure, drying the first and second dielectrics, followed by baking, forming a protective film on the first and second dielectrics, and joining the first substrate to the second substrate.

The device includes a stag having a hole and supporting a substrate; one or more ink-jet heads having nozzles spraying pattern forming solution onto the substrate; and one or more cameras positioned below the stage so as to monitor the nozzles through the holes.

    摘要: An electrochromic display device (ECD) for an optical pick-up apparatus which is capable of maximizing a transmissivity of a laser beam by forming a reflection prevention layer on the outer surfaces of transparent substrates, includes first and second transparent substrates formed at both sides of the ECD with a predetermined interval therebetween, first and second transparent electrodes coated on the inner surfaces of the transparent substrates, respectively, an electrochromic layer coated on the inner surface of the second transparent electrode so that colorizing or decolorizing may be carried out reversibly, a counter eletrode layer coated on the inner surface of the first transparent electrode, an electrolytic layer formed between the counter electrode layer and the electrochromic layer, and a reflection prevention layer coated to have more than one layer so as to prevent a beam from being reflected on the outer surfaces of the first and second transparent substrates.

    摘要: An electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding filter includes a conductive pattern for shielding electromagnetic waves; and blackened layers formed on a surface of the conductive pattern. The electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding filter is manufactured by preparing a base film; forming on the base film a first blackened layer, a conductive layer, and a second blackened layer in sequence; and patterning the first blackened layer, the conductive layer, and the second blackened layer by using a same mask, and forming on front and rear surfaces of an EMI shielding layer a conductive pattern comprising the first and second blackened layers.
