摘要:
Provided is a process for preparation of a Rhus verniciflua extract, comprising extracting allergen-removed Rhus verniciflua with a soluble solvent, thereby obtaining an extract, subjecting the thus-obtained extract to ultrafiltration to remove high-molecular weigh substances, concentrating and drying the resulting material, thereby obtaining extract powder and irradiating far-infrared to the extract powder, thereby improving anti-cancer activity. The Rhus verniciflua extract prepared according to the process of the present invention exhibits superior anti-cancer activity.
摘要:
The present invention relates to Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract having an increased content of an active flavonoid compound through a gas bubbling treatment, a method for preparing the Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract, and a method for converting fustin into fisetin through the gas bubbling treatment of a solution containing fustin. The method for preparing the Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract of the present invention can convert the conventional Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract having high content of fustin and low content of fisetin into a Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract having high content of fisetin. Therefore, the Rhus verniciflua Stokes extract of the present invention can be commercialized into natural anticancer agents, anticancer and cancer prevention food products, and health functional foods due to the excellent bioactivity thereof, and promote the development of relevant industries through the high added-value of Rhus verniciflua Stokes. In addition, the method for converting fustin into fisetin can be applied to other natural substances and be used as a method for enhancing the functionality thereof by increasing the content of a high active flavonoid, thereby becoming an enabling technology that can lead high-functionalization of natural substances.
摘要:
The present invention provides a process for preparing an extract of Rhus verniciflua by using water and organic solvents to extract active ingredients, which comprises (a) adding water or a mixture of water and alcohol as the solvent to Rhus verniciflua to extract the soluble components, then filtering the resultant product to obtain a filtrate, and concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain a solid fraction; (b) re-extracting the solid fraction obtained in the previous step with highly purified ethanol, then filtering the resultant product to obtain a filtrate, and concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain a solid fraction; (c) adding a saturated hydrocarbon having 5 to 7 carbon atoms to the solid fraction obtained in the previous step to dissolve allergy-inducing components, and then removing the hydrocarbon to obtain a solid fraction; and (d) adding water to the solid fraction obtained in the previous step to extract water-soluble components. The extract obtained according to the process for preparing an extract of Rhus verniciflua of the invention does not induce allergies, since toxic substances of lacquer are effectively removed, and various inherent active ingredients of lacquer can be extracted with high yield, compared with conventional processes.
