摘要: A hanger bar for mounting a hanging file folder on a pair of support rails includes a body having a top, a bottom, and opposite longitudinal ends. The body includes a first section having a length extending longitudinally across the body and a height extending from the top of the body toward the bottom of the body. A second section has a length extending longitudinally across the body and a height extending from the first section of the body toward the bottom of the body. A third section has a length extending longitudinally across the body and a height extending from the second section of the body to the bottom of the body. The first section is angled with respect to a vertical axis when the body is positioned in a vertical orientation.

摘要: A hanger for hanging a binder containing loose-leaf pages in a hanging drawer system has first and second opposed hooks configured to be secured to a notebook spine. First and second arms are moveable relative to the hooks between extended and retracted positions. The arms have support surfaces that extend laterally beyond the hooks in the extended position and lips that are spaced from the hooks in the extended position. A method of hanging a notebook in a drawer includes moving the arms to the extended position and placing the support surfaces of the arms on the rails of the hanging drawer system so the rails support the notebook.

摘要: A ring binder for use in holding loose-leaf pages. A retaining system is configured to selectively and releasably hold first and second ring members in a closed position. First and second interlocking formations are selectively movable relative to one another between a retaining position and a non-retaining position. The first interlocking formation includes a projection having a free end. The free end has a void configured and arranged to permit resilient bending of portions of the free end of the projection in a first direction as they engage the second interlocking formation when the interlocking formations are moved from the non-retaining position to the retaining position. In the retaining position, the portions of the free end of the projection are substantially inhibited from bending in a second direction in response to pivoting movement of either of the ring members.

摘要: A ring binder mechanism includes a housing, a ring support, and rings for holding loose-leaf pages. Each ring includes a first ring member and a second ring member that are moveable between a closed position and an opened position. An actuator is mounted on the housing for moving the ring members from the closed position to the opened position. A travel bar has at least one locking element and is moveable between a locked position wherein the ring members are locked in the closed position and an unlocked position wherein the ring members are capable of being moved to the opened position. An intermediate connector operably connects the travel bar to the actuator. A portion of the intermediate connector is captured by and moveable with a wide section of a mounting groove in the travel bar so the intermediate connector can move relative to the travel bar.

摘要: A ring binder has an elongate body and rings including ring members moveable between closed position and open positions. A retaining system selectively and releasably holds the ring members of at least one ring in the closed position. The retaining system includes interlocking formations adjacent ends of the ring members that are moveable between retaining and non-retaining positions. The first interlocking formation includes a recessed region and a projection extending upwardly. The second interlocking formation includes a vaulted region and a projection extending downwardly. The first projection is received in the vaulted region and the second projection is received in the recessed region when the interlocking formations are in the retaining position. The interlocking formations are configured so that movement of the interlocking formations relative to one another in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the body is blocked when the interlocking formations are in the retaining position.
