    Abstract: The application provides an array substrate, a display panel, and a display device. The display panel comprises the support plate and the array substrate. The backlight surface of the flexible driving circuit substrate of the array substrate is bonded to the support plate in the display area. The area where the flexible driving circuit substrate is provided with the gate driving circuit and the data driving circuit is bent and attached to the other surface of the support plate. The light emitting surface of the display panel only has a display area capable of displaying pictures, which alleviates the problem that the existing display panel cannot fully display.

    Abstract: The present invention teaches a method of having a built-in polarizer in a LCD panel, a LCD device, and a LCD device manufacturing method. The method of having built-in polarizer in a LCD panel taught by the present invention uses a nano imprinting technique to form a wire-grid built-in polarizer. The built-in polarizer, when applied to a LCD device, is able to resolve the QDCF-based product's difficulty in controlling light's on and off and to enhance backlight utilization efficiency. The built-in polarizer has a sandwich structure where a metallic wire grid layer is sandwiched between a first inorganic protection layer and a second inorganic protection layer, preventing the metallic wire grid layer from erosion by oxidation and enhancing the operation life of the built-in polarizer.

    Abstract: A quantum-dot color filter substrate and a quantum-dot liquid crystal display panel are disclosed in the present disclosure. The quantum-dot color filter substrate includes a glass substrate and a quantum-dot light conversion layer formed on the glass substrate and including a plurality of quantum-dot parts arrayed in sequence, wherein the quantum-dot parts include a red quantum-dot part, a green quantum-dot part and a blue quantum-dot part, and the red quantum-dot part and the green quantum-dot part contain infrared quantum-dot materials. In this way, the purity of lights emitted by a color filter can be improved, and displays can be made light and thin.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal panel and a method manufacturing the same are provided. The liquid crystal panel including a color filter substrate, an array substrate disposed opposite to the color filter substrate and a built-in polarizer. The built-in polarizer includes a substrate, a first inorganic layer, a metal wire grid layer, and a second inorganic layer. The substrate covers a side of the color filter substrate facing the array substrate. The first inorganic layer covers the substrate. The metal wire grid layer covers the first inorganic layer, wherein the metal wire grid layer has a plurality of metal wires parallel to each other. The second inorganic layer has a plurality of inorganic wires parallel to each other, wherein each of the inorganic wires correspondingly covers one of the metal wires.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The liquid crystal display panel includes a color film substrate, an array substrate disposed to face the color film substrate, and a blue backlight disposed on a side of the array substrate away from the color film substrate. The color film substrate includes a base substrate, red quantum dot blocks, green quantum dot blocks and blue light blocks disposed on the substrate. The color film substrate further includes a yellow light layer disposed between the red quantum dot blocks and the base substrate, and also between the green quantum dot blocks and the base substrate. The yellow light layer in the liquid crystal display panel of the present disclosure may block blue light, thereby improving the color gamut value.
