Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for scanning a document at a scan capable device. The method and systems comprise receiving user credentials from a graphical user interface, displaying scan capable devices on a network, creating a shared network folder accessible to a scan capable device, sending a user credential corresponding to the shared network folder to the scan capable device, creating a selectable data entry on the scan capable device corresponding to the network folder, and upon selection of the selectable data entry, digitizing a document and sending the digitized document to the shared network folder corresponding to the selectable data entry.

Abstract: A wizard menu option is provided to begin a natural language wizard. A first wizard question page is provided that displays only a menu of colors. A second wizard question page is provided that displays only a menu of change magnitude/orientation phrases. A third wizard question page is provided that displays only a menu of color characteristic terms. A natural language sentence is created by combining a selected color, a selected change magnitude/orientation phrase, and a selected color characteristic term. In response to the natural language sentence, a color item is altered by changing locations of the image that have the selected color according to the selected change magnitude and change orientation phrase, and the selected color characteristic term.

Abstract: An image processing system and method provide for receiving a digital document page to be printed. The page includes a background region for which no color is specified. A user is presented with an option to select a print medium from a set of print media of different colors and to select an option for a color of the selected print medium be used as a color of a background layer of the digital document page. When the option is selected, a background layer is inserted into the page. A print job incorporating the processed digital document page is output to an associated printer that is configured to convert the color of the background layer to colorant values that use the print media as a colorant for rendering at least a part of the background region.
