Abstract: Disclosed is a lightweight two-crossbeam high-speed free forging hydraulic press. The hydraulic press includes a fixed crossbeam, a movable crossbeam, a column, and a return oil cylinder. By integrating a hydraulic cylinder with a through hole for the column to slide, an annular hydraulic cylinder is formed between the movable crossbeam and the column, and no hole is required to be specially provided on the movable crossbeam for mounting the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the rigidity, strength and bending resistance of the movable crossbeam serving as an upper crossbeam or a lower crossbeam can be effectively guaranteed, the crossbeam structure is simplified, and the manufacturing difficulty is reduced. Meanwhile, compared with the existing hydraulic press of a three-crossbeam structure, the two-crossbeam hydraulic press can greatly reduce the overall dimension and mass of the high-speed forging hydraulic press, reduce the overall height of the hydraulic press.

Abstract: A powder-enhanced friction stir rivet welding device includes a friction stir rivet welding spindle, a C-shaped frame and a tooling platform. The friction stir rivet welding spindle includes a rotating mechanism, a feed mechanism, a vibration-rotation mixing mechanism and a powder feeding mechanism. The friction stir rivet welding spindle is configured to realize rotation and feed movements of a rivet and feeding and mixing of a powder. The C-shaped frame is configured to fix the friction stir rivet welding spindle and the tooling platform. The tooling platform includes a force sensor, a sensor indenter, a tooling mould and a tooling platen. The tooling platform is configured to clamp a workpiece to be riveted and welded, and measure a rivet welding force of the friction stir rivet welding spindle in real time.

Abstract: A full-electric servo vertical three-counter driving power spinning device includes a rack, and the rack includes a baseplate. A workpiece active rotating mechanism and an inner roller feeding mechanism are provided on the baseplate, an outer roller feeding mechanism is provided on the rack; the outer roller feeding mechanism is provided with an outer roller active rotating mechanism; the outer roller active rotating mechanism includes an outer roller active rotating motor and an outer roller, and the inner roller feeding mechanism includes an inner roller. A stress state of a cylinder material by adopting a combined method of an active rotation of a roller and an active rotation of a workpiece turntable is significantly different from that by a passive spinning of a counter-roller, thus improving a thinning rate of a wall thickness of a cylindrical member and a hardening properties of materials.

Abstract: An inner roller feeding device for a baseplate of a counter-roller driving power spinning equipment includes an inner roller column, an inner roller top plate, an inner roller upper plate, an inner roller lower plate, a cam, a cam mounting cylinder, inner rollers, inner roller shafts, a feed screw, a servo motor and a baseplate. According to the inner roller feeding device, a brake motor serves as a power source, the inner roller is driven by the cam through a worm gear drive to feed along a radial direction of a workpiece, such that an inner roller mechanism is small in size, large in adjustment range and high in positioning precision.
