    Abstract: The invention discloses a thin film transistor drive circuit and a drive method thereof and a liquid crystal display device. The thin film transistor drive circuit includes a plurality of scan lines, a scan signal output port configured to sequentially apply a scan signal to each of the scan lines, and a plurality of logic circuits. Each of the logic circuits is connected with one of the scan lines and a control signal line. The logic circuits are added to a drive circuit, and an input control signal corresponding to a truth table of the logic circuit is input for a preset duration by using a logic relationship of the logic circuit, so that an output control signal output to a scan line can be obtained to improve a scan signal on the scan line, to improve a delay distortion at the time of being turned off.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel includes a TFT array substrate, a color filter substrate, and a liquid crystal layer encapsulated between the TFT array substrate and the color filter substrate. The TFT array substrate, the color filter substrate and the liquid crystal layer collectively form a display area, and a margin area surrounding the display area, where the display area includes sub-pixel units surrounded by data lines and scanning lines. Either of the TFT array substrate and the color filter substrate includes heating metal members, and a pair of connection electrodes electrically connected to the plurality of heating metal members, where the heating metal members are formed on an inner side of the TFT array substrate and/or the color filter substrate and are located in the display area, and where the pair of connection electrodes are configured to provide a voltage to the heating metal members.

The LCD panel comprises: an array substrate, a color filter substrate, and a liquid crystal layer filled between the array substrate and the color filter substrate.     Abstract: A drive circuit of a display panel, a display panel, a display device and a method of driving a display device are provided. The circuit comprises: j select circuits and j data line signal output circuits, j is an integer greater than or equal to 2. Each data line is connected with a select circuit, different data lines are connected with different select circuits, each select circuit is connected with the j data line signal output circuits, each select circuit can control the data line connected therewith to be connected with one of these j data line signal output circuits and to control the data line connected therewith to be disconnected from the other ones of these j data line signal output circuits; so pixels at different locations can be scanned by powering the data lines connected with the pixels using the different data line signal output circuits.
