摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, which includes a base section and at least two spaced and parallel longitudinal mating tongues projecting from a front face of the base section, a plurality of terminals attached on opposite surfaces of each mating tongue and a shell attached to the insulative housing. The insulative housing is provided with at least a transverse rib interconnecting corresponding longitudinal ends of the mating tongues to define a first mating frame. The shell is provided with a frame section independently serving as a second mating frame. The second mating frame surrounds the first mating frame to define an annular recess therebetween.

摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulative housing having base section and a mating port forwardly projecting from the base section, a number of terminals loaded in the insulative housing and each having a contact section disposed in the mating port and a shell provided with a frame section surrounding the mating port and a plate section attached to the base section. The plate section is formed with a pair of ears at opposite longitudinal ends of the base section. The electrical connector further includes a pair of locking blocks disposed at opposite longitudinal ends of the base section. Each locking block is formed with a mounting section rooted onto the base section and a forwardly extending hook beside the mating port. The ears of the plate section are securely sandwiched between the mounting sections of the locking blocks and the base section, respectively.

The housing includes a mating portion (11), a number of upper and lower terminal receiving passageways (131, 132), a pair of sidewalls (14) extending rearwardly from the mating portion and a number of ribs (16) and recesses (17) formed between the pair of sidewalls. Each terminal includes a contact portion (21), an engaging portion (22) perpendicularly and downwardly extending from the contact portion, and a soldering portion (23) connecting with the engaging portion. The engaging portions (221, 222) of the terminals extend out of the upper and the lower terminal receiving passageways and are respectively retained in the recesses and abutting against the ribs. The ribs and the recesses form a better terminal positioning structure.

摘要： A custom bracket hinge which is used a single time during assembly of the log splitter, and a customized shipment stand allow an extremely quick and safe method of swinging two heavy parts of a log splitter trailer together, without lifting either part off of the ground until they are mated and can be swung into position. The first method aspect of the invention consists of the use of the special equipment (double hinge bracket mechanism and stand) to assemble the log splitter in a very small number of steps. The second method aspect of the invention is shipping the log splitter with the equipment, in a much smaller footprint.

摘要： A card connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of contacts, a projection and a detecting contact set. The insulating housing includes a bottom wall, a right wall and a left wall for defining a receiving space. The contacts are received in the insulating housing. The projection is protruded from the right wall and into the receiving space, which includes a slanting surface slanted relative to the right wall. The detecting contact set is fixed in the insulating housing, which includes a contacting arm protruding from the slating surface of the projection and into the receiving space. Due to the contacting arm of the detecting contact set is protruded from the slanting surface of the projection in the receiving space, the detecting contact set will be actuated while a card is inserted into the receiving space correctly and completely. Since, the detecting accuracy of the card connector is improved.
