摘要: A method is disclosed for folder transfer based on instant messaging (IM). The method includes receiving from an IM sender a transfer request for transferring a folder-to-be-transferred. The folder-to-be-transferred may contain a plurality of files. The method also includes receiving from the IM sender folder information of the folder-to-be-transferred, determining a receiving folder corresponding to the folder-to-be-transferred on a predetermined storage location, and determining files-to-be-transferred from the plurality of files corresponding to the folder-to-be-transferred based on the folder information. Further, the method includes sequentially sending one transfer request for each of the files-to-be-transferred to the IM sender through a same network connection, receiving the files-to-be-transferred sent sequentially by the IM sender through the same network connection, and storing the received files-to-be-transferred in the receiving folder.

摘要: A method for switching video resolution includes: confirming that a video sender and a video receiver have established a video communication connection, and obtaining an initial resolution of the video sender; confirming that bandwidth of the video communication connection and hardware of the video sender meet preset conditions, and switching the initial resolution of the video sender to a target resolution, in which the target resolution is higher than the initial resolution. After establishing video communication connections between terminals, when there are available bandwidth and hardware of the terminal using video communication, the resolution of terminal may be switched to provide a more clear video communication for terminal user, and guarantee smooth switching of resolution.

摘要: A system for pushing a service utilizing Instant Messaging includes: a service pushing subsystem, adapted to send a service stored in the service pushing subsystem to a client subsystem through instant messages; the client subsystem, adapted to receive the service sent by the service pushing subsystem and display the service; wherein the service pushing subsystem is in a buddy list stored in the client subsystem. A method for pushing a service utilizing Instant Messaging includes: sending, by a service pushing subsystem, a service stored in the service pushing subsystem to a client subsystem through instant messages, wherein the service pushing subsystem is in a buddy list stored in the client subsystem; and receiving, by the client subsystem, the service sent by the service pushing subsystem and displaying the service. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to implement the real-time interaction between the user and the service and improve the service efficiency and effect. Meanwhile, it is possible to utilize the large amount of IM users and increase the user amount of the service.
