摘要: A method for preparing a conductive biomimetic skin scaffold material with self-repairing function includes the following steps: adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride to a homogeneous dispersion of acidified carbon nanotubes, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS), and gelatin to cross-link to obtain a conductive composite colloid; and injecting the conductive composite colloid into a mold, aging at −4-4° C. for 12-24 hours, and then soaking in a phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution with a pH of 7.0-7.4 for 12-24 hours to obtain the conductive biomimetic skin scaffold material.

摘要: A method for preparing a collagen from a chromium-containing tanned leather waste is disclosed. The method includes acid dechromation, obtaining a collagen aggregate, and converting the collagen aggregate to the collagen. The method also includes a reaction in a supercritical carbon dioxide reactor.

摘要: A method of preparing an aesculin sturgeon skin gelatin with antioxidant activity and Enterococcus faecalis detection ability includes: 1) mixing a sturgeon skin gelatin and distilled water in a ratio of 1:15-1:25 (w/v) at 50-70° C. and filtering to obtain a sturgeon skin gelatin solution; 2) adding aesculin and a glycerin solution to the sturgeon skin gelatin solution, stirring the resulted sturgeon skin gelatin solution at 30-50° C. for 30 minutes, and filtering; and 3) removing air bubbles from the sturgeon skin gelatin solution of step 2) under reduced pressure, placing the sturgeon skin gelatin solution on an acrylic glass, and drying the sturgeon skin gelatin solution at in a vented oven 25° C. and 45-55% relative humidity for 24 hours to obtain the aesculin sturgeon skin gelatin film.
