摘要: An inspection method includes acquiring a plurality of signal strengths that correspond respectively to a plurality of positions, the plurality of positions being included in an inspection region of an inspection target and being arranged along a first direction and a second direction, each of the plurality of signal strengths indicating a signal strength corresponding to a reception of ultrasonic waves emitted into the inspection region. The inspection method further includes generating two-dimensional distribution data representing a relationship between the plurality of positions and the plurality of signal strengths. The inspection method further includes determining, by using the two-dimensional distribution data, a number of positions, among the plurality of positions, that are arranged along the second direction and that are associated with a signal strength included in a first range of signal strengths.
