摘要: The present invention discloses a system for providing mobile power, in which the required equipment for the power supply system at fracturing fields as well as connection cables and connection hoses are integrated properly, assigned onto three transport vehicles for movement and effectively connected. Intake components and a turbine generation system are combined on a first transport vehicle and installed together, then transported to customer sites directly, thus saving the installation time at the user sites. The two different designs on the locations of an exhaust stack and an exhaust silencer not only meet the requirements of road transportation, but also meet the requirements of exhaust gas emission during operations.

摘要: The present invention discloses a mobile power generation system. The whole power generation system is assigned onto two conveyances. A gas turbine, a generator, an intake chamber, an exhaust collector, and an auxiliary system are disposed on a first conveyance, an intake assembly and an exhaust duct are integrally disposed on a second conveyance. The second conveyance further includes at least four lifting gears, which are configured to separate the intake assembly and the exhaust duct from the second conveyance, and jack up the intake assembly and the exhaust duct so as to accommodate the power generation transport apparatus and move it to the bottom of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct. The intake assembly and the exhaust duct are then brought down by the lifting gears to dock with the intake chamber and the exhaust collector respectively. A seal docking can be achieved by the weights of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct themselves.

In the air supply device, an air intake compartment includes a connection end; a combustion air intake filter is located in the air intake compartment and connected with the combustion air intake filter; a combustion air intake interface is located on a tail plate and is connected with the combustion air silencer; and a sound insulation turnover mechanism includes a sound insulation flap and a turnover mechanism, the air intake compartment includes a first bottom plate and the tail plate that is located at the connection end, the sound insulation flap is located at the connection end, and the turnover mechanism is connected with the sound insulation flap, and is configured to drive the sound insulation flap to rotate relative to the tail plate.

摘要: An intake-exhaust transport apparatus, a mobile power generation system and an assembling method thereof are provided. The assembling method includes: roughly adjusting a position of the intake-exhaust system in a second direction with respect to the power generation apparatus by the second conveyance; jacking up the intake assembly and the exhaust duct as a whole, to be higher than a height of the power generation apparatus by the lifting mechanism; moving the power generation apparatus to a region under the intake-exhaust system by the first conveyance and adjusting a position of the power generation apparatus in the first direction with respect to the intake-exhaust system; and connecting the intake assembly and the exhaust duct to a top of the power generation apparatus.

摘要: The present invention discloses a mobile power generation system. A power generation apparatus is respectively quickly connected, through expansion joints, to an intake assembly and an exhaust duct which are separately transported, to implement the quick installation and connection of the power generation system at the fracturing operation site. Two conveyances are respectively provided for the intake assembly and the exhaust duct to achieve more flexible adjustment during connection. While the position of the power generation apparatus is fixed, the intake assembly is moved to connect to an intake chamber of the power generation apparatus, and the exhaust duct is moved to connect to an exhaust collector of the power generation apparatus.
