摘要: The present invention provides compartment(s) for a turbine engine, comprising a main compartment for receiving the turbine engine and an intake compartment disposed on a side of the main compartment. The intake compartment comprises: an intake compartment body, a gas filter device and a muffler device. The gas filter device and the muffler device are disposed outside the intake port of the intake compartment. The compartment unit is configured to have a first gas path which permits air for combustion in the turbine engine to pass from the external through the gas filter device and the first muffler device in turn into the intake compartment body, and then be delivered through the exhaust port of the intake compartment to the turbine engine in the main compartment.

The purging system includes: a first air compressor and a purging pipeline, the purging pipeline communicates the first air compressor with the plurality of fuel supply pipelines of each gas turbine in the turbine fracturing apparatus group, and the first air compressor is configured to, in a case where at least part of the plurality of fuel supply pipelines is stopped from supplying fuel, supply compressed air to the at least part of the plurality of fuel supply pipelines which has been stopped from supplying fuel, so as to perform purging.

摘要: The present invention discloses a power drive system for a fracturing pump, the power drive system for the fracturing pump is driven by a turbine engine, which can use 100% natural gas as a fuel to replace the diesel consumption in diesel engine drive, lowering fuel costs for customers; the turbine engine itself has the advantages of small volume and light weight, greatly decreasing the volume and weight of the power drive system for the fracturing pump; the turbine engine is directly connected to an input end of the reduction gearbox of the fracturing pump, thus simplifying the transmission device between the fracturing pump and the turbine engine, that is, a transmission shaft or a coupling is omitted, greatly shortening the total length of the power drive system for the fracturing pump; in the present invention, the turbine engine is used as the power source, the transmission device is the reduction gearbox equipped on the fracturing pump itself, and the fracturing pump is the actuating element, so that the power drive system for the fracturing pump has a simple structure and is easy for maintenance.

Beneficial effects: A transmission output center line of the turbine engine, a transmission input center line of the reduction gearbox, a transmission output center line of the reduction gearbox, a transmission input center line of the plunger pump, an exhaust output center line of the turbine engine, and an exhaust input center line of the exhaust piping are set in a straight line to avoid excessive transmission loss, thus ensuring efficient transmission performance. The semi-trailer is small in size, with low weight, low use cost, and low risk of failure.

摘要: The present invention discloses a power supply semi-trailer for electric drive fracturing equipment, including a combination of a gas turbine engine, a generator and a rectifying unit, the generator outputs a winding configuration and a voltage required for the rectifying units directly to obviate conventional rectifier transformer equipment. The rectifying unit is connected to the inversion unit through a common DC bus, so that the common DC bus can separately drive multiple inversion units, thus decreasing the wirings of power supply lines. A high voltage inversion unit is disposed on a gooseneck of the electric drive semi-trailer to optimize the spatial arrangement of equipment. The entire power supply equipment has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and is simple in wiring.

摘要: The present invention discloses a soundproof cabin of a turbine engine. The soundproof cabin is sleeved on the turbine engine. The soundproof cabin includes a cabin body, an intake noise reduction unit and a ventilation noise reduction unit, wherein the intake noise reduction unit and the ventilation noise reduction unit are disposed on the cabin body, the surrounding of which is filled with soundproof materials, the intake noise reduction unit is used to reduce the induction noise of the turbine engine, the ventilation noise reduction unit is used to reduce the noise of the ventilation system of the turbine engine. Beneficial effects: an intake noise reduction unit is disposed at an air inlet of the turbine engine to reduce the induction noise of the turbine engine; a ventilation noise reduction unit is disposed on the transmission direction of the turbine engine to reduce the ventilation and cooling noise of the turbine engine; the surrounding of the turbine engine is filled with soundproof materials to achieve the overall noise reduction around the turbine engine.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a rain shield assembly, a pipe assembly and a turbine fracturing unit. The rain shield assembly comprises at least two sets of cover plate assemblies, wherein each set of cover plate assembly comprises a cover plate, a transmission mechanism and a locking device. When the cover plate(s) is(are) at a closed position, the opening is covered; when the cover plate of each set of cover plate assembly is at an open position, an additional pipe structure which is open at both ends and extends along an extension direction of the pipe is formed by which. According to the present disclosure, the cover plate(s) of the rain shield assembly, when opened, will jointly form an additional pipe structure connected to the open end of the pipe to guide the exhaust gas of the pipe to a further space. Such an arrangement may reduce noise on the one hand, and prevent backflow of the exhaust gas on the other hand. The cover plate(s) of the rain shield assembly, when closed, can shield the opening of the pipe to prevent entry of rainwater.
