Abstract: The present invention provides a labeled blow-molded container having a convex portion and/or a concave portion on a label face, and a blow molding mold. The labeled blow-molded container of the present invention including a blow-molded container containing a thermoplastic resin; and a label containing a thermoplastic resin film, the labeled blow-molded container being formed by the blow-molded container being thermally fused to a label; a label face of the container to which the label is affixed having a convex portion and/or a concave portion; and a height difference (h) representing a distance between the highest part of the label surface and the lowest part of the label surface being not less than 0.3 mm using the label face as a reference in a height direction.
