摘要： A wireless communication device and a wireless communication method. A wireless communication device for use in a user equipment side includes one or more processors. The processor is configured to: obtain information about movement of the wireless communication device relative to a serving base station thereof; adjust a triggering condition for sending a measurement report for use in cell handover based on the information; and control sending of the measurement report according to the adjusted triggering condition.
