摘要: In order to heat and warm only the amount of water required in immediate future and to reduce a power consumption by avoiding warming of unnecessary water, a main body provided with a water storage container and a water heating container can be attached and detached and a water heating amount or a water warming amount to be heated at one time is reduced and divided, thus, power consumption during warming is reduced. Furthermore, since the water storage container is provided independently, water supply can be carried out conveniently regardless of the state of the water-heating container. Water supply to the water-heating container is carried out automatically using a water amount sensor, hence no operation by a user is required.

摘要: The disclosed induction heating cooking device includes a boiling-over detection portion which is adapted to reduce heating output from an inverter to a pre-set value if the amount of change of a capacitance detected by a capacitance detection portion from a reference value (Vo) is equal to or more than an output reduction threshold value (ΔV2), and further is adapted to stop heating, if the amount of change is equal to or more than an output stop threshold value (ΔV3). In this case, the output stop threshold value is provided for each of the plurality of the electrodes, which can absorb impedance variations in the plurality of the electrodes formed through pattern printing using conductive films, thereby uniformizing their sensitivity to boiling over in any directions.

摘要: There is provided a heating/cooking equipment capable of accurately determining boiling over. The heating/cooking equipment includes: a top plate (104) connected to a reference potential; a heating unit (105) configured to heat an object to be heated placed on the top plate; an electrode (106) arranged under the top plate; a capacitance detecting unit (107) configured to detect the electrostatic capacitance of the electrode; a boiling over detecting unit (108) configured to detect whether or not a material to be cooked in the object to be heated has boiled over on the top plate, based on a value of the electrostatic capacitance detected by the capacitance detecting unit; and a control unit (109) configured to control the heating operation of the heating unit based on a boiling over detection result from the boiling over detecting unit. The capacitance detecting unit (107) detects a change in the electrostatic capacitance of the electrode by exploiting capacitive coupling between the electrode and the reference potential which is enhanced by increase in a boiled over amount of the material to be cooked with moisture contained in the material to be cooked functioning as a dielectric when the material to be cooked boils over on the top plate.

摘要: In order to provide an induction heating cooker capable of preventing a phenomenon that a drive circuit is stopped or a high-frequency current is reduced because boiling over is erroneously determined due to a fluctuation in electrostatic capacitance during cooking, the induction heating cooker includes an inverter for supplying a current to a heating coil, a control portion for driving the inverter, an electrostatic capacitance detecting portion for measuring electrostatic capacitance of a plurality of electrodes, and a boiling over detecting portion. The boiling over detecting portion reduces an output of the inverter from a first set value to a second set value after a sensed value of the electrostatic capacitance has reached a range of a first variation (ΔV1) or more, and returns the output of the inverter to the first set value when a sensed value during a boiling over establishing period (T2) performed after the sensed value has reached the first variation or more falls within a range of a second variation (ΔV2).

摘要: An induction heating cooker includes a scorching detection portion adapted to output scorching detection information, when the temperature of a cooking container comes to be equal to or higher than a second set temperature, based on infrared-ray detection information (A) from an infrared sensor for detecting infrared rays from the cooking container, in a heating mode which enables setting the output. A control portion is adapted to perform heating-output suppression operations for preventing the progress of scorching, when the scorching detection portion outputs scorching detection information. Further, the control portion is adapted to prohibit such heating-output suppression operations and to continue heating operations, even if the scorching detection portion outputs scorching detection information, until the measured cooking time period after start of heating operations reaches a first set elapsed time period (T1).
