    摘要: A fuel-filtering device is disposed inside a fuel tank for filtering a fuel. The fuel-filtering device includes a filter body having a bag shape and a communication hole, and is formed of a plurality of laminated filter layers. The laminated filter layers includes an outside filter layer formed of a woven mesh, an inside filter layer formed of a non-woven fabric, and at least one intermediate filter layer disposed between the outside filter layer and the inside filter layer and formed of a non-woven fabric. The filter body is formed of at least one of a polyethylene fiber and a polypropylene fiber and has mesh sizes decreasing from the outside filter layer toward the inside filter layer.

    摘要: A valve body and a float body are combined by respectively coupling two or more coupling parts provided on one of the valve body and the float body to coupled parts provided on the other of the valve body and the flat body in a state allowing upward and downward movements of the valve body.     摘要: A fuel-filtering device includes a filter body having a bag shape and a communication hole, and is formed of a plurality of laminated filter layers bonded at rim portions by welding. The laminated filter layers include an outside filter layer formed of a woven mesh, an inside filter layer formed of a non-woven fabric, and at least one intermediate filter layer disposed between the outside filter layer and the inside filter layer and formed of a non-woven fabric. The inside filter layer has an average aperture diameter larger than that of the intermediate filter layers. The filter body is formed of at least one of a polyethylene fiber and a polypropylene fiber. The inside filter layer protects the intermediate filter layer and enhances a weld strength at the rim portions.

    摘要: A valve body and a float body are coupled so that the valve body is allowed to move in a direction along a central axis of movement of the float body, and the seated valve body is unseated when the float body descends. On a central axis side of the movement of the float body, a pair of guide members is provided, and when the valve body tilts, the valve body and the float body contact each other on a lower side of a tilt of the valve body and the float body ascends, so that the guide members correct the tilt. Also, when the float body ascends, the float body and the valve body do not contact each other in a rest of a portion.

    摘要: A fuel filter device includes a bag-shape filter body and a space forming member disposed in the filter body. The filter body includes an upper surface part, and a lower surface part welded with the upper surface part at edges to form a bag shape. At least the lower surface part has a woven mesh outer layer part, a first inner layer part situated adjacent to the outer layer part and formed of a melt blown non-woven cloth, and a second inner layer part situated adjacent to the first inner layer part at a side opposite to the outer layer part. The second inner layer part is formed of a spun-bonded non-woven cloth. The upper surface part and the lower surface part are all made of polypropylene that is not soaked and swollen with fuel to thereby maintain a mesh size of the filter body without change.

    摘要: A cleaning device comprises: a to-be-cleaned member; a cleaning member that cleans the surface of the to-be-cleaned member; a conveying member that conveys a substance removed from the surface of the to-be-cleaned member to outside of the device; a rotatable collecting member that conveys with its surface the substance toward the conveying member; and a partitioning member that guides the substance from the collecting member to the conveying member. The collecting member comprises a conveying portion that carries and conveys the substance; and a protrusion that protrudes toward an upstream side of the conveying portion in a rotating direction of the collecting member. One end of the partitioning member faces the rotating collecting member, and the other end faces the conveying member. The conveying portion and the protrusion are brought into contact with the partitioning member by the rotation of the collecting member.
