Abstract: A multispecific antibody is provided. The antibody comprises a first antigen binding moiety, which specifically binds to an immune checkpoint protein on intratumor T cells and a second antigen binding moiety which specifically binds to a conventional dendritic cell 1 (cDC1). Also provided are uses of such antibodies in cancer treatment.
