    摘要： Methods and systems for detecting glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) levels from at least one fundus image are disclosed. At least one fundus image associated with an individual is processed using a first set of one or more convolutional neural networks to determine a glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) level for the at least one fundus image. Methods and systems of determining a risk level of progression of diabetic retinopathy of an individual are also disclosed. At least one fundus image associated with the individual is processed using a second set of one or more convolutional neural networks to determine a retinopathy grade for the at least one fundus image. A risk level of progression of diabetic retinopathy of the individual is determined based on at least the HbA1c level and the retinopathy grade.

    摘要： A pill cutter and a method for using thereof are provided. The pill cutter includes: a bottom case; a pressing plate provided with a blade and a shield plate provided with a slit. When the pressing plate rotates relative to the bottom case, the blade at least has a protected state and a pill-cutting state, in the protected state, the blade is positioned between the shield plate and the pressing plate after the two plates are separated from each other, and in the pill-cutting state, the blade passes through the slit and reaches the bottom case. The blade can be shielded automatically when the pill cutter is opened for putting the pill in, and safety of using the pill cutter is largely enhanced.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for judging an unnecessary windward condition and a method and system for tracking wind, wherein the method comprises: taking a first wind sample by using a wind sampling-detecting unit, detecting and obtaining a wind direction thereof; judging whether an intersection angle between the first wind direction and a current wind turbine orientation is smaller than a critical angle of rotation; if “yes”, determining the windward condition is unnecessary windward condition; if “no”, detecting a wind speed of the first wind sample, judging whether the detected wind speed is lower than a first critical wind speed; if “yes”, determining the windward condition is unnecessary windward condition; if “no”, determining the windward condition is not unnecessary windward condition, then rotating the cabin of the wind power generating set, thereby achieving accurate windward according to a wind condition, a cabin position, and so on.

    摘要： A pill crusher pouch having ribs and intersecting straight bottom seal portions. The pill crusher pouch is used for holding a pill or tablet to be crushed by a pill crusher device so as to form a powder that can easily be dispensed and provided to a patient. The ribs increase the strength of the walls of the pouch, preventing rupture. In one embodiment, the ribs have a fiber material therein, increasing the strength. A bottom seal of the pouch is formed by straight portions intersecting at obtuse angles increase the strength of the bottom seal and permitting more complete dispensing of the powdered pill. The substantially straight portions increase strength and the obtuse angles prevent a portion of the powdered pill from being trapped within the pill pouch, thereby providing for substantially complete dispensing of the powdered pill. The strength of the pill pouch is improved preventing unintentional rupturing, that could result in possible contamination or improper dosing of the medicament contained within the pill.

    摘要： A pill or tablet crusher and splitter using a combination lever and screw action. A lever attached to a ring having an internal screw thread advances a transversely movable platen towards a transversely fixed or placed anvil crushing a pill or tablet placed between the platen and anvil. The anvil may be removable for easy cleaning. A pill or tablet splitter may be placed in a sunken area beneath an intermediate portion of the lever. The pill or tablet splitter has a tray with a plurality of slopped bottom V-shaped pill or tablet holding clamps. A blade attached to a cover-cutter is placed over the tray. The cover-cutter is forced downward by the movement of the lever splitting or cutting the pills or tablets.
