    摘要: A method for processing an authentication failed/authorization denied subscribers by intelligent network is disclosed in which when a call originated by a subscriber is authentication-failed or authorization-denied in a communication service network, a phone communication is connected to a service center or to a phone number designated by the subscriber of the corresponding terminal, or connected to a special service equipment such as an Intelligent Peripheral (IP), or is processed as a normal call. The identity of the subscriber can thus be recognized, and the subscriber's legitimacy can be determined. Additionally, various announcements, suitable to certain situations can be provided, or a normal call service can be provided to the subscriber. Additionally, communication between the subscriber and a person in charge of the subscriber in a service center can be established. A call of a subscriber that has been authentication-failed and authorization-denied is automatically traced and its history is automatically maintained.

    摘要: A method for processing an access-request message in an IMT-2000 system is described. A user password is encrypted by a temporary authenticator value and an authenticator value which is able to verify an access-request message itself is generated, so that when an AAA server receives the access-request message, it can directly verify the access-request message without analyzing the received access-request message. Thus, even if a malicious hacker transmits a large quantity of false access-request message to the AAA server, the use of the system resource and the message processing time are reduced, so that the system is prevented from crashing.

    摘要: A handover processing method in a Media Gateways (MGW) in which a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) server can perform a handover operation regardless of a switch type of the MGW by allowing a MGW only supporting a single-switch to provide the same handover processing as one supporting a multi-switch, the handover processing method comprising: the MGW receiving a termination setup message from the MSC server when one terminal (UE) performs handover to a new RNC area; generating a new termination according to the termination setup message, and checking topology information indicating a direction between two terminations; and connecting a switch between the two terminations only when the direction indicated in the topology information is set as a both-way.

    摘要: A substrate for an electrowetting display device including a pixel electrode, a partition wall pattern and a water-repellent pattern. The pixel electrode is formed on a base substrate. The partition wall pattern is disposed along an edge of the pixel electrode to expose the pixel electrode. The water-repellent pattern is disposed at a space formed by the pixel electrode and the partition wall pattern to be extended along a lower portion of side surfaces of the partition wall pattern from an area on which the pixel electrode is formed. The water-repellent pattern exposes an upper portion of the side surfaces and an upper surface of the partition wall pattern. Thus, a manufacturing reliability of a substrate for an electrowetting display device is improved to prevent a display quality from being reduced.
