摘要： To provide a camera built-in type rearview mirror device with illumination, wherein rigidity of the mirror housing can be raised, the camera main body part can photo a clear picture by extensive photographing feasible viewing angle through a transparent cover, and built-in of the camera module is simple. Mirror housing 2 includes concave part 2C formed in an opening manner downwardly which is arranged in the vicinity of photographing window 2B where lens 5B of the camera main body part 5A is faced, and capable of accommodating an illumination light source. For this reason, opening area of the photographing window 2B is decreased. Also, the circumference of the photographing window 2B is reinforced by the cross-sectional box type form of the concave part 2C. Especially a bulge part with circular curved section is formed so that the lens of the camera main body part may rush in, to thereby decrease the opening area of the photographing window further. Then rigidity of the mirror housing 2 is further raised.

摘要： A spring having four urging legs is fixed in a stay of a mirror, and retention pawls corresponding to the urging legs are formed at a base fixed within a passenger compartment of a vehicle. The urging legs engage with the retention pawls so that the stay is held at the base at a predetermined load. Because the four urging legs are provided on the spring, an urging force of the respective urging legs can be made small and bending of the urging legs is unobstructed by other members. Accordingly, when a load of predetermined value or greater acts upon the mirror, the urging legs corresponding to the direction in which the load acts slide and the engagement between all of the urging legs and the retention pawls is released. The mirror is allowed to fall regardless of the direction in which the load acts.

摘要： A mirror assembly particularly adopted as a side view mirror for a vehicle, the assembly being provided a mirror, a mounting plate for supporting the mirror, a light assembly having a lens at one end, a visor for accommodating the mirror and the light assembly. A joint element pivotally mounts a side of the light assembly to the mounting plate. The visor has a visor opening into which the lens is fitted, and a connection element for movably connecting an end of the visor opening and an end of the lens. A bias element in the form of a spring pivotally biases the end of the light assembly having the lens such that the connection element substantially closes any gap between the visor opening and the lens.

摘要： A door mirror structure is provided which can improve assembly workability of a door mirror. A cord is pulled out from a base end portion of a door mirror body. In an overhanging portion of a door mirror base, a slot is formed in place of a conventional cord insertion hole. Therefore, at a door mirror assembly line, the cord can easily be inserted into the slot from an arrow A direction. As a result, the assembly workability of the door mirror can be improved.
