    摘要: A screw extruding machine for extruding a material such as rubber, plastics or the like kneaded and blended into a sheet-like form. The screw extruding machine includes two screws horizontally and rotatably supported on a casing, a top-open hopper provided on the side of a screw base portion of the casing, an outlet opened in an axial direction of the screw on the side of a screw front end of the casing, and a roller die in proximity of the outlet, the screw having a feed portion which corresponds to a portion facing the hopper and a compression portion which corresponds to a front end side, whereby material to be extruded supplied from the hopper is extruded into a sheet-like form by the roller die from the outlet via the feed portion and the compression portion by the rotating twin screws, the hopper being positioned over the feed portion of each screw.

    摘要: Provided is a motion guide apparatus including a track member with a rolling-element rolling surface and a moving member with a load rolling-element rolling surface, the moving member being movably assembled to the track member via a rolling element provided between the moving member and the track member, wherein: the cross-sectional shape of each of the rolling-element rolling and the load rolling-element rolling surfaces has a circular arc shape projecting in the direction that the rolling-element rolling surface and the load rolling-element rolling surface face each other; the rolling element has a drum-shaped cross-section with a diameter gradually reduced from both ends of the rolling element so as to correspond to the cross-sectional shape of the rolling-element rolling surface and the load rolling-element rolling surface; and the rolling-element rolling surface and the load rolling-element rolling surface configure an angular contact structure via the rolling element.

    摘要: A roller head extruder unit includes an extruder unit, a pair of calender rollers arranged forward of an exit opening of the extruder unit and supported for rotation by a support frame mounted securely with respect to the extruder unit, and side guides arranged on either side of a space between the exit opening of the extruder unit and the calender rollers to thereby define a bank into which material for rolling is extruded. At least one of the upper and lower rollers is mounted for rotation in a roller housing supported by the support frame for limited movement in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the upper and lower rollers. The roller head extruder unit also includes a detection device for detecting the force with which this roller housing is caused to move as a result of accumulation of material in the bank.
