摘要: The present invention relates to a data transmission cable and the like including a structure reducing the frequency dependence of cable attenuation in digital transmission, thereby suppressing signal distortions. The data transmission cable includes at least a pair of conductors, each coated with an insulator, extending along a predetermined direction; and a shield tape, provided so as to surround the conductors, including a metal layer. In particular, in the shield tape, the metal layer has a thickness of 1 &mgr;m or more but 10 &mgr;m or less, preferably 2 &mgr;m or more but 6 &mgr;m or less.

摘要: A foamed-polyolefin-insulated wire having a conductor diameter of 0.4 mm or less and an insulation thickness of 0.8 mm or less and satisfying, an equivalent dielectric constant less than 1.6, the fluctuation limits of the equivalent dielectric constant less than or equal to ±0.1, and conductor stripping force greater than or equal to 100 g/50 mm. Polyolefin including 10 weight % or more of an ionomer is used. Polyolefin having a swelling ratio of 55 % or more is extruded over the conductor to form a foamed insulation layer with a foaming degree of 50 % or more using a chemical foaming agent and/or an inert gas. The wire is suitable for high-speed data transmission.

摘要: A continuous ultrasonic cleaning apparatus having excellent cleaning efficiency and holding/carrying capability of the product-to-be-cleaned is disclosed. The apparatus enables the speed of the conveyors to be increased, forced drying to be achieved and no stain nor water marks are formed even if water is used as a cleaning agent. The continuous ultrasonic cleaning apparatus utilizes a cleaning agent receiving/storage bath having a cleaning agent supplying/adding function for the cleaning bath positioned therebelow and an ultrasonic oscillator. Net conveyors for holding the product-to-be-cleaned are used and synchronized for carrying the product-to-be-cleaned. A high-speed air blower is mounted at a down-stream side of the cleaning bath. Even if water or pure water is used as a cleaning agent, the ultrasonic efficiency is high. When using the high-speed blower to dry the cleaning agent, the product is securely retained at its original position. No stain nor water marks are formed and an equivalent cleaning quality can be achieved as that when using fulone. Furthermore, by using an oxygen-free water and purging inert gas for the entire receiving/storage bath, any product having a propensity to be easily corroded can be effectively cleaned.
