摘要: The present method is a method for reducing an oxidized skin tissue comprising the steps of bringing a source of negative high-voltage pulses of which duty ratio is controllable into the proximity of the oxidized skin tissue and applying negative high-voltage pulses to the oxidized skin tissue so that the oxidized skin tissue is reduced by an electron addition reaction. A high-voltage generating circuit which is incorporated in a main body generates negative high-voltage pulses. Those negative high-voltage pulses are applied to the skin through a contact element which is connected to the main body, so that the oxidized skin tissue is reduced by the electron addition reaction. Further, the present apparatus is an apparatus to reduce a skin tissue, comprising a high-voltage pulse generating means to generate negative high-voltage pulses, and a contact element which is connected to the high-voltage pulse generating means and applies negative high-voltage pulses generated by the high-voltage pulse generating means to the skin when it is brought close to or in contact with a surface of the skin, whereby an oxidized skin tissue is reduced by the electron addition reaction.

摘要: A flexible screw of the invention comprises a flexible rod and a cord helically set on the rod, and can be installed along straight and curved paths of transport. It ensures smooth transport of containers and provides container transport apparatus with a simplified construction at a reduced cost. Moreover, the abrasion of pipe during transport of powder and granular material can be reduced. The container transport apparatus of the present invention is equipped with the screw mentioned above and a guide, or two screws, the members of each pair being positioned in parallel at a given distance, and transfers containers held by the screw and the guide, or the two screws by rotating the screw(s). The container transport apparatus of the present invention enables smooth transport of containers even through a curved path, reduces maintenance cost of the screw(s) during operation, and inhibits abrasion of the rail to a considerable degree. Further, the powder and granular material transport apparatus of the present invention reduces the abrasion of pipe.

摘要: Light diffusion layer 12, which diffuses reflected light by a reflecting surface, is arranged on a reflecting type liquid crystal display device having at least 2 substrates 24 and 29, liquid crystal layer 30 inserted between these substrates, and reflecting surface 16a which reflects light via this liquid crystal layer. This light diffusion layer forms a fine particle dispersion layer or a diffraction grating layer combined of 2 types of refractive index medium with differing refractive indices, and when the refractive index of first refractive index medium 13 is nA(400) at light wave length 400 nm, and nA(700) at light wave length 700 nm, and the refractive index of second refractive index medium 14 is nB (400) at light wave length 400 nm, and nB(700) at light wave length 700 nm, then, (nA(400)/nA(700))×0.9≦(nB(400)/nB(700))≦(nA(400)/nA(700))×1.1.
