    摘要: A cooling device for cooling a heat radiation member disposed in a sealed space includes a heat exchanger in which high-temperature air within the sealed space exchanges heat with low-temperature air outside the sealed space, and first and second centrifugal fans for blowing high-temperature air and low-temperature air into the heat exchanger, respectively. Each of the first and second centrifugal fans is disposed in an upstream side space of the heat exchanger at a side position shifted from center so that a large air-blowing space can be provided within the upstream side space. Thus, high-temperature air and low-temperature air blown by the first and second centrifugal fans can be uniformly introduced into the heat exchanger, respectively.

    摘要: A cooling device for cooling an inner part of an approximately sealed box includes a casing and a heat exchanger disposed in the casing. Plural inside air passages through which air inside the box flows and plural outside air passages through which air outside the box flows are alternately adjacently arranged in the heat exchanger. In the cooling device, both outside air introduction port and outside air discharge port are provided in an outer side plate of the casing, and a drain space is provided between the heat exchanger and the outer side plate of the casing so that outside air passages communicate with the outside air discharge port through the drain space. Thus, even when rain water is introduced into the casing from the outside air discharge port, almost rain water flows downwardly through the drain space, and it can restrict rain water from being introduced into the heat exchanger.

    摘要: The cooling device of the present invention includes a casing divided into a first fluid passage and a second fluid passage by a fluid separation plate; a heat exchanger disposed to pass through the fluid separation plate, for receiving heat from high-temperature air flowing in the first fluid passage and for radiating the heat to the outside air flowing in the second fluid passage; an inside fan for blowing the high temperature air in the first fluid passage; an outside fan for blowing the outside air to the second fluid passage; and a thermistor for sensing a temperature of the high temperature air flowing in the first fluid passage. A rotational speed of each of the fans of the inside fan and the outside fan is variably controlled in response to a temperature detected by the thermistor with the controller. In this way, it is possible to cooling an interior of a closed box and to reduce the consumed electric power.

    摘要: A heater protective device of a cooling system includes a couple of thermostats and one thermal fuse. The thermostats are secured to opposing sides of one metal plate. When a temperature of each thermostat rises due to the heat conducted through the metal plate and substantially reaches 40 degrees Celsius or higher, an internal connection of the thermostat is turned off, i.e., is opened. When the temperature of the thermostat decreases substantially below 40 degrees Celsius, the internal contact of the thermostat is turned on, i.e., is closed. The metal plate is secured to a heat receiving bracket that is secured to a heater cover and that is heated upon receiving radiated heat from the electric heater. A thermal fuse extends through the metal plate in a thickness direction of the metal plate and is secured thereto.
