    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing poly(organic oxidized silicon) particles having UV-absorbing groups, including reacting an organoalkoxysilane precursor having a UV-absorbing group selected from a group consisting of organotrialkoxysilane, diorganoalkoxysilane and a mixture thereof, in the presence of a base, with a silane compound selected from a group consisting of tetraalkoxysilane, alkyltrialkoxysilane, tetraalkoxysilane, aryltrialkoxysilane, dialkyldialkoxysilane, diaryldialkoxysilane, arylalkyldialkoxysilane and a mixture thereof, serving as a crosslinking regulator and UV stability enhancer, so as to prepare poly(organic oxidized silicon) particles selected from a group consisting of polysilsesquioxane, silsesquioxane-siloxane copolymer, silsesquioxane-silica copolymer, silsesquioxane-siloxane-silica copolymer and silsesquioxane-siloxane copolymer, having UV-absorbing groups. The poly(organic oxidized silicon) particles significantly solves the problem of poor UV stability, while maintaining UV absorption by the UV-absorbing group contained in the particles. Since the poly(organic oxidized silicon) particles having UV-absorbing groups do not exhibit white turbidity, they can be effectively used in cosmetics. In accordance with the present invention, the poly(organic oxidized silicon) particles having UV-absorbing groups can be prepared economically as compared to the existing methods.

    摘要: A passive cooling system of a nuclear power plant includes a steam generator, a cooling water storage tank, a water cooling heat exchanger, an air cooling heat exchanger, a divergence valve, and a cooling tower. The steam generator generates steam by heat exchange with a primary coolant system, and the cooling water storage tank stores cooling water therein. The water cooling heat exchanger is disposed in the cooling water storage tank, and the air cooling heat exchanger is connected to the steam generator. The divergence valve is controllable to divert steam from the steam generator into both the water cooling heat exchanger and the air cooling heat exchanger. Each of the cooling water storage tank, the water cooling heat exchanger, and the air cooling heat exchanger are located in the cooling tower.

    摘要: A number of new poly(organophosphazenes) have been synthesized which bear 2-butenoxy or 4-allyloxyphenylphenoxy side groups. Co-substituent groups included trifluoroethoxy, phenoxy, or benzyloxyphenoxy groups. Species with 4-allyloxyphenylphenoxy units underwent Si--H coupling to linear silanes or siloxanes to extend the side groups and form hybrid phosphazene/organosilicon polymers. A number of these polymers are rubbery elastomers which are readily cross-linked by heat or light. Seven of the mixed-substituent, cross-linked polymers were incorporated into interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN's) with polystyrene, poly(methyl methacrylate), polyacrylonitrile, poly(acrylic acid) and poly(dimethylsiloxane). The phase compatibility characteristics of the IPN's were assessed by DSC, TEM, FT-IR spectroscopy, and 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy data.
