摘要： The invention is directed to a digital data delivery system including a digital data server configured to deliver first key encrypted digital data to a source device, and the first key encrypted digital data is encrypted using a first key. The source device is configured to generate decrypted digital data by decrypting the first key encrypted digital data using the first key, generate second key encrypted digital data by encrypting the decrypted digital data using a second key, and deliver the second key encrypted digital data to a digital data playing device. The first key is thereby based on one or more registration attributes of a user of the digital data server, and the second key is based on one or more attributes of the digital data playing device.

摘要： A device and method for decrypting re-encrypted digital contents are discussed. According to an embodiment, the method includes receiving the re-encrypted digital content without a source encryption key from a source device connected to the target device, wherein the re-encrypted digital content is generated at the source device by: 1) decrypting an encrypted digital content which is previously encrypted in an external device, and 2) re-encrypting the decrypted digital content with the source encryption key; performing an addition operation by using a first target internal key and an identifier (ID); generating a target encryption key based on an output of the addition operation and a second target internal key by using a predetermined encryption algorithm, the second target internal key being associated with the target device; and decrypting the re-encrypted digital content using the target encryption key.

摘要： A digital data file encryption apparatus and method, where a digital data server identifies the user and supplies an encrypted digital data file to the user in accordance with the identified result. A personal computer decrypts the encrypted digital data file supplied from the digital data server and reproduces the decrypted digital data file or re-encrypts it using an encryption key. The encryption key is generated on the basis of an identification number of a data storage medium or digital data playing device. A digital data playing device stores the re-encrypted digital data file downloaded from the personal computer in the data storage medium and decrypts the stored digital data file using the encryption key to reproduce it. A first internal key is added to the identification number to convert the identification number into the encryption key, which is then encrypted according to an encryption algorithm based on a second internal key. The digital data file is the encrypted using the encrypted encryption key.

In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a controller configured to control the apparatus to: store at least first and second program code segments; receive the digital content data from a first device, the digital content data including a copyright code segment for managing copyright infringement; check the copyright code segment by using the first program code segment for selectively reproducing the digital data contents at a second device; and control an output operation of the digital content data by using the second program code segment based on the copyright code segment, wherein the digital content data is downloaded from a digital data server to the first device through a communication network, wherein decrypting and reproduction operations of the digital content data are executed by a software program provided by the digital data server.
