摘要： Disclosed is a motor driven type electric parking brake system. The parking brake system includes a drum that is rotated along with a wheel, first and second brake shoes installed in the drum to apply brake force to the drum, an operating lever that supports the two brake shoes and pushes the two brake shoes against an inner surface of the drum when a pivoting lever is pulled, a motor to generate drive power to drive the pivoting lever, a cycloid speed reducer connected to a rotating shaft of the motor to amplify the drive power, a spindle member rotatably connected to the speed reducer and having a male screw portion, and a nut member having a female screw portion reciprocally screwed to the male screw portion. The nut member is moved in a longitudinal direction of the spindle member and supports an end of the pivoting lever.

The hybrid brake system includes an input shaft, a pedal simulator connected to the input shaft, a master cylinder provided therein with first and second pistons, an oil supply part supplying oil to the pedal simulator and the master cylinder, a power piston connected to the first piston, and a first chamber formed between the power piston and an inner surface of the master cylinder. The pedal simulator includes a simulation housing, a simulation rod provided at one end of the simulation housing, a second chamber formed at a lateral side of the first chamber to receive the simulation rod, and a boosting part communicated with the second chamber to generate the repulsive force as the brake pedal is pressed.

摘要： A booster assembly includes a booster provided at an engine room partitioned from a passenger compartment by a partition plate, a master cylinder disposed outwardly of a front side of the front cell, and fastening members to simultaneously mount the booster and master cylinder to the vehicle. Each fastening member includes a tube extending through the booster and having a front portion extending through a flange of the master cylinder, nuts fastened to respective front portions of the tubes, to fasten the master cylinder to the booster, through-bolts extending through respective tubes and the partition plate, to be mounted to the front portions of respective tubes, and a non-circular coupler formed at a rear portion of each tube, to prevent the tube from rotating when the corresponding nut is fastened to the tube. The rear cell is provided with a hole having a shape mating with the non-circular coupler.
