摘要： An electric motor includes a stator and a rotor installed in the stator. The stator has a laminated stator core and at least two stator windings wound on the stator core. The stator core has at least two stator poles facing the rotor and at least two yokes connecting adjacent stator poles. T stator core is constituted by at least two separate members joined together. The at least two stator poles are only arranged at a single one of the at least two separate members.

摘要： An electric motor includes a stator, a rotor and an end cap. The stator includes a housing and magnets attached to an inner surface of the housing. The housing has an open end closed by the end cap. The rotor includes a shaft, an armature and a commutator fixed to the shaft. The end cap includes a cover case, a support plate integrally formed in the cover case, brushes, a bearing and a printed circuit board mounted in the cover case. The support plate divides the interior space of the cover case into a first cavity and a second cavity. The brushes are mounted in the first cavity, the bearing is mounted on the support plate, and the printed circuit board is mounted in the second cavity.

摘要： A permanent magnet motor has a stator and a rotor rotatably mounted to the stator. The stator has a housing with n side portions and n connecting portions distributed alternately, wherein n is a integer equal to or greater than 3. Adjacent side portions are interconnected by one of the connecting portions. The radial cross section of each side portion is a convex curved line which is curved outwardly relative to a straight line passing through the two ends of the convex curve line. Permanent magnets are fixed to an inner surface of the housing. An end cap fixed to one end of the housing, has a bottom and n side walls extending from the bottom. A flat mounting surface is formed at the outer surface of a first one of the side walls.

摘要： A PMDC motor, particularly for driving an automobile liftgate, comprises a stator and a rotor rotatably mounted to the stator. The stator comprises a housing and an end cap mounted to one end of the housing. The end cap comprises: a first brush, a second brush, a first terminal, a second terminal, a first choke connected in series with the first brush and the first terminal, a second choke connected in series with the second brush and the second terminal, an overcurrent protection component connected in series with the second brush, and a set of capacitors. Each of the chokes comprises an inductor core extending axially and a winding wound about the inductor core.

摘要： A method of repairing defect in cast iron workpiece, including: machining the workpiece in the area of the defect to remove the defective material and form a chamber opening at a surface of the workpiece; anchoring a receptacle to the workpiece above the chamber (2), the receptacle is provided with an orifice in communication with the chamber; adding molten iron (4) into the receptacle so that it at least part of it flows into the chamber; adding slagging agent (5) into the receptacle; heating the slagging agent and the molten iron with an electrode (6); adding nodulizing agent into the molten iron so as to segregate graphite; and allowing the molten iron and the workpiece to cool down slowly. The above-described technique also has applicability for connecting two cast iron workpieces (11,12) together.
