    摘要: A test fixture for a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly (6) includes lower and upper units (2, 4). The PCB assembly includes a PCB (60) defining two spaced positioning holes (62), and a reinforcing plate (64) defining a plurality of openings (65). The lower unit includes a fixed base (20) and an adjustable support plate (21) defining a plurality of through holes (27). The upper unit includes a movable base (40), and a test plate (41) having two rows of identical columns (44) for engaging with the support plate. The support plate includes first and second positioning members (24, 25) supporting the PCB assembly. Support posts (272) are arranged on the fixed base for supporting a bottom of the PCB. The test plate includes two positioning pins (45) engaging in the positioning holes of the PCB, and a plurality of pressing posts (46) for pressing a top of the PCB.

    摘要: A tester includes a base (10) including a top wall (12) and a control panel (18), a cover (30) pivotably attached to the base, a pair of master cylinders (40) connecting the base with the cover, a holding fixture including a lower unit (50) and an upper unit (70), and a first testing unit. A plurality of first positioning members (54) is formed on the lower unit for supporting a printed circuit board assembly including a printed circuit board (PCB) (80). A plurality of pressing post (76) depends from the upper unit for pressing the PCB, and a plurality of support posts (127) is formed on the top wall for extension through the lower unit to support the PCB. The control panel controls the master cylinders to open and close the cover, and controls the first testing unit to adjustably insert in ports of the PCB for test.

    摘要: A tester incorporating an opening and closing mechanism includes a base (10), a cover (30) pivotably attached to the base, and a pair of master cylinders (40) pivotably attached to the base and cover. The base includes a top wall (12) and a control panel (18). Three spaced lower hooks (14) are formed on the top wall. A first sensor is mounted on one lower hook. A pair of actuators (16) is mounted behind two lower hooks. The control panel receives and sends signals. Three spaced upper hooks (34) are pivotably fixed on the cover, for engaging with the lower hooks respectively. A second sensor is mounted on the cover behind one upper hook. A third sensor (41a) is mounted on one master cylinder. The master cylinders and the actuators are controlled by the control panel, for opening and closing the cover.
