摘要: A vacuum cleaning including a suction port body having a suction port, an electric blower generating suction air, a connection pipe connected to the suction port body, and a cyclone type dust collecting part which is disposed between the suction port body and the electric blower and exhausts suction air from an exhaust port after the suction air added from a flow-in port is swirled so as to separate dust and dirt, wherein a first dust collecting chamber and a second dust collecting chamber storing the separated dust and dirt are provided coaxially with each other through a partition wall having an opening part, whereby a cyclone dust collecting part can be reduced in size, the controllability for refuse disposal can be increased, and the electric blower can be prevented from being damaged.

摘要: In an electric vacuum cleaner, in a suction air passage provided between a nozzle unit having a nozzle and an electric blower for producing a suction air flow, a separator for separating dust from the suction air flow is arranged. In the separator, a dust collection chamber for collecting the separated dust is provided. The separator is fitted with an exhaust tube having an outlet, fitted with a filter, formed in the peripheral surface thereof so that the suction air flow is exhausted out of the separator through the exhaust tube to the downstream side of the suction air passage. The separator is fitted with a cleaning member having a brush for cleaning the filter. When the cleaning member is moved with the brush keeping contact with the filter, the dust that has settled on the filter is raked off. The cleaning member is moved through manual operation, with a motor, or by the suction air flow.

摘要: An end-trimming apparatus for roll-like products. The apparatus trims both ends of a roll comprising a sheet-like material wound up on a core, particularly, stretchable one such as plastics film, by cutting off the irregularity of both the ends, finishing them into flat faces. It comprises a conveying means for carrying rolls horizontally to a given location, a supporting means of a pair of chucks for supporting the roll at both the ends, while providing it with a rotation in the winding direction of the roll, and a cutting means provided close to the pair of chucks, including a pair of disk cutters arranged co-axially and having respectively separate shafts parallel with the shafts of the chucks, the disk cutters being capable of moving toward and away from each other and of reciprocating in the direction at right angle to said toward-and-away motion. The pneumatic and electric control means control the co-operation of the above means to effect an automatic or semi-automatic trimming of the roll ends in an orderly sequence, providing a great improvement in labor saving and cost reduction.

摘要: A multi-spindle turret winder of surface winding--center winding system provided with a first contact roller partaking in initial winding from a first winding station to an intermediate station and a second contact roller partaking in, after change-over from the former, winding-up to roll products from the intermediate station to a second winding station. In order to perform a transparent winding under a constant tension on a stretch film without air being entrapped in roll products, speed control means is provided to impart, immediately before press contact, a peripheral speed slightly faster than the first contact roller to the second contact roller and, after press contact, a peripheral speed gradually increasing at an increment proportional to the turning angle of the turrets during movement from the intermediate station to the second winding station; and a cam is provided which is actuated interlocking with the indexing motion of the turrets and has such a profile that limits a displacement magnitude of the first contact roller so as to increase variations in path length of the film in proportion to the turning angle of the turrets.

摘要: A method and roll-winding apparatus for automatically winding into rolls a sheet of material and automatically applying a leader tape to the trailing end of a length of sheet material wound into a roll. The trailing end section may likewise be automatically reversely folded outwardly over itself to form a tab on the wound roll for easy removal of the sheet material on a wound roll. The apparatus carries out the method automatically with a continuously driven winding drum to which elongated cores are presented sequentially parallel thereto for driving of the cores individually and transversely of a path of travel of the longitudinally travelling sheet material to be wound as corresponding lengths on the cores individually. The leading end sections of the succeeding lengths of sheet material are automatically wound on individual cores. Once a desired length of sheet material has been wound on a respective core the trailing sheet material free of the core is automatically severed adjacent the wound roll and the winding of a next roll commences on a new core presented to the drive or winding drum. The previously finished wound roll is automatically ejected from the machine but prior to ejection a leader tape is advanced longitudinally and applied to a trailing end of the length of material on the wound roll. The leader tape is severed and a tab is formed, if desired, on the trailing end by use of a roll reversely folding outwardly and back over itself the trailing end section to form a tab on the wound roll for easy access to the wound material thereon. The steps are repeated to make as many wound rolls as desired.
