Further, when the work is carried-out from the first press (2), a work transportation device (10) is controlled based on a press angle of the first press (2). When the work is carried-in into the second press (3), the work transportation device (10) is controlled based on a press angle of the second press (3). Further, when the work is transported, the work transportation device 10 is controlled based on a signal from a transportation device control section (31) for controlling the work transportation device (10). The arrangement above improves production efficiency in press forming and reduces maintenance cost and frequency.

    摘要: The condition of each of machines on dispersed lines can be quantitatively grasped before an error occurs, without going to the machine installation site, so that the efficiency of machine fault diagnosis can be improved. One server terminal for diagnosis is provided for each factory at the use side. As clients for this server terminal, a press controller, a workpiece conveyor control motion controller, and a line production management computer are connected through an Ethernet. The server terminal is connected via modem and telephone line to a diagnosis terminal with a modem which is installed at the maker side. The operating condition of a press is measured and recorded as continuous time-series waveform data, using an analog input card. The recorded waveform data is processed to be graphically displayed on the diagnosis terminal, etc.

    摘要: There is provided a refuging system for transfer bars of a transfer feeder of a transfer press, in which the transfer bars are driven by a transfer bar driving mechanism including an induction type servo motor. The refuging system includes a servo control for controlling the induction type servo motor, a detector for detecting an occurrence of an abnormal condition of the servo control and urgently stopping operations of a slide of a press body of the transfer press and the induction type servo motor, a detector for detecting a crank angle of the press body and discriminating an area in which the slide or a mold of the press body interfere with the transfer bar of the transfer feeder or an attachment therefor attached to the transfer bar, and a driver for driving the transfer bar to a position at which the slide and the mold of the press body do not interfere with the transfer bar of the transfer feeder and the attachment by applying an A.C. voltage to the induction type servo motor at a time when the operations of the slide and the induction type servo motor begin to be urgently stopped in the interference area.
