    摘要: The present inventions offer a nickel-based single crystal alloy which has a high strength, is easy in conducting the solution heat treatment, hardly gives a harmful phase and is resistant to corrosion at high temperature. A nickel-based single crystal alloy is offered where the composition consists of 7-15 of Co, 0.1-4 of Cr, 1-4 of Mo, 4-7 of W, 5.5-6.5 of Al, 5-7 of Ta, 4-5.5 of Re, 0-0.5 each of Hf and V, and 0-2 each of Ti and Nb in terms of % by weight and residual part substantially consists of Ni wherein said alloy may contain unavoidable impurities.

    摘要: The invention relates to a nickel-base single-crystal superalloy applied to parts for industrial gas turbine or the like such as turbine rotor blade and stator blade which are used at high temperatures, a method for manufacturing the same, and gas turbine parts prepared from such nickel-base single-crystal superalloys, and more particularly the invention provides a nickel-base single-crystal superalloy consisting essentially of, in percentages by weight, 5% to 10% cobalt, 4.7% to 6% chromium, more than 2.0% to less than 3.5% molybdenum, 7.5% to 10% tungsten, 5% to 6% aluminum, 0.1% to 2% titanium, 4% to 5.5% tantalum, 1% to 4% rhenium, 0.01% to 0.2% hafnium, the balance being nickel and incidental impurities, which is excellent in high-temperature strength and high-temperature corrosion resistance, and further excellent in structural stability even in a long time use.

The chromium alloy is novel, and retains high melting point, excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, excellent thermal conductivity and the like, which are inherent in a chromium base alloy, and also exhibits good ductility at room temperature, and thus can be practically used as an alternative for a Ni base alloy.

    摘要: Provided is an Ni-based single crystal superalloy wherein the ingredients have a composition containing, as ratio by mass, from 5.0% by mass to 7.0% by mass of Al, from 4.0% by mass to 8.0% by mass of Ta, from 0% by mass to 2.0% by mass of Mo, from 3.0% by mass to 8.0% by mass of W, from 3.0% by mass to 8.0% by mass of Re, from 0% by mass to 0.50% by mass of Hf, from 3.0% by mass to 7.0% by mass of Cr, from 0% by mass to 9.9% by mass of Co and from 1.0% by mass to 10.0% by mass of Ru, with the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities. The alloy prevents TCP phase precipitation at high temperatures, therefore having improved strength at high temperatures and having oxidation resistance at high temperatures.The above-mentioned first-generation alloy CMSX-2 and second-generation alloy CMSX-4 are, though comparable thereto in point of creep strength at low temperatures, inferior to third-generation alloys in point of creep strength at high temperatures, since a large quantity of eutectic γ′-phase remains therein even after high-temperature solution treatment.
